All that, plus 2019-20 is a full reallocation of Alaska Airlines Arena, giving you the opportunity to choose the best seats in the house. Tyee seating options are available throughout the arena, as are improved locations for general season tickets plus new, lower price points in many sections.

Placing your deposit of $100 per season-ticket by Monday, April 8 2019 puts you in line for seat selection.

The following pages detail the steps required to participate in the 2019 men’s basketball reallocation. All information is also available online at GoHuskies.com/Reallocation.

W H AT I S T H E R E A L L O C AT I O N P R O C E S S ?Basketball reallocation is a process where all season ticket holders in the arena select new seats. Everyone who places a seat deposit will receive an appointment window and during that time get to select from any available seats in the arena. Appointment windows will be assigned in Tyee Club priority point order with rank being determined by total number of Tyee Club priority points.

This is different from a standard renewal year. During a reallocation year, YOU MUST PLACE A DEPOSIT to be eligible to select seats during the reallocation. Complete payment for your seats is not due until after they are selected in June/July. The deadline to place your deposit is Monday, April 8, 2019.

W H Y D O E S R E A L L O C AT I O N TA K E P L A C E ?The reallocation process happens every five (5) years and allows season ticket holders the opportunity to upgrade, move or add seats within the arena. The process is a common practice at many collegiate athletic institutions and widely used across the country.

W H AT H A P P E N S N E X T ?• Season Ticket Holders must place a $100 per seat deposit to participate in the reallocation.

• The deadline to place your deposit is Monday, April 8, 2019.

• After April 8, Tyee Club priority point rank will be calculated to determine seat selection appointment windows for accounts that have placed deposits.

• In late May, selection appointment windows and complete details with instructions on the selection process will be sent out to accounts that placed deposits.

• In late June, selections will start and be complete by mid-July. (No selections will occur during the week of the 4th of July holiday.)

• During your appointment window you may select seats online using a 3D seating map, in person at Alaska Airlines Arena or over the phone with a seat selection representative.

1) MAKE YOUR DEPOSIT* EVERYONE MUST MAKE A DEPOSIT TO BE ELIGIBLE TO SELECT SEATS* Submit a $100-per-seat deposit by Monday, April 8, 2019. This will secure your seat-selection appointment time. Visit gohuskies.com/reallocation or return the enclosed form by Monday, April 8.

Season ticket holders who do not make a deposit will not receive an appointment time and will choose their 2019 seats after all other season- ticket holders, regardless of their Tyee Club priority point rank.

2) MAKE AN ADDITIONAL GIFT TO IMPROVE YOUR TYEE CLUB PRIORITY POINT RANK (OPTIONAL)

Support Husky student-athletes while improving your Tyee Club priority point rank and seat selection appointment time. Appointment times are based on Tyee Club priority point rank. The higher your rank, the sooner you get to select your seats. Options for additional giving can be found on page 9. The additional gift deadline is Monday, April 8, 2019.

3) SUBMIT YOUR “SIT WITH FRIENDS” FORM (OPTIONAL)

If you wish to sit with a group of friends, one group captain needs to apply online at gohuskies.com/reallocation or fill out the enclosed form for the ENTIRE group and return by Monday, April 8, 2019. More information about sitting with friends can be found on page 5.

1) RECEIVE YOUR SELECTION WINDOW Season Ticket Holders who make a season ticket deposit will receive a seat selection window via email and mail in early June. Appointment window times are based on Tyee Club priority point rank. You will receive detailed seat selection instructions in your appointment window mailing. If you submitted a Sit with Friends form, confirm with your friends that your entire group received the same selection window. Each account holder MUST SELECT SEATS.

2) PREPARE FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT TIME The seat selection process will begin the last week of June and conclude in mid-July. There will be three ways to choose your seats: online, over the phone or in person. Complete instructions for seat selection will accompany the selection window mailing. Your season ticket balance and Tyee Club seat-related gift (if applicable) are due upon selection of seats.

RULES OF THE GAMEPRIORITY SEATING LIMITS Season Ticket Holders can purchase up to four (4) season tickets utilizing their full Tyee Club priority point rank at their assigned appointment time. For seat holders wishing to select more than four seats, you may choose one of the following two options to determine your appointment time(s):

• Select all seats at one appointment time using a blended Tyee Club priority point rank. Rank will be diluted based on total number of seats above four.

• Select the first four seats at full Tyee Club priority point rank and the remainder at a second appointment time at 25% of your Tyee Club priority point rank.

Account holders with more than four seat deposits will be contacted to choose one of the above appointment options. The blended rank is the default option unless otherwise requested.

SIT WITH FRIENDS If you wish to sit with a group of friends at Husky Basketball please follow the three easy steps below:

1. Select a group captain

2. The group captain gathers account names and ticket & Tyee Club account numbers from all group members

3. The group captain completes one sit with friends form for the entire group and submits it no later than Monday, April 8, 2019.

There are two easy ways for the group captain to submit the group form:

• Complete the online application at gohuskies.com/reallocation

• Fill out the enclosed form and mail to the Husky Ticket Office

The Athletic Department will then use the average Tyee Club priority point rank of all group members to determine one group rank and assign the same appointment time for each group member. Each member of the group is still responsible for making their own deposit and selecting their own seats (or having a representative select for them). The Sit With Friends form merely enables the group to select all their seats at the same time, making it easier to sit together.

DISABILITY SEATINGDisability seating is available for customers in need. Please follow the process set forth in this brochure for making a deposit and we will work with you at the time of selection to meet your needs. ACCOUNT TRANSFERS Season Ticket Holders may transfer some or all of their priority points to an immediate family member. In most cases a transfer will result in a 50-percent forfeiture of points. If a primary account holder is deceased, it is mandatory to have an account transfer take place before season tickets can be purchased. To learn more visit uwtyeeclub.org. Transfer requests must be submitted in writing prior to April 8, 2019, to qualify for the upcoming seat-selection process.
