Ever since its inception, SOIL has provided its students an environment in whichthey can develop as inspired leaders with character, competence and enthusiasm.These key attributes have enabled our students to ride out the inhibitors in thesurrounding ecosystem and emerge successful in a highly competitive scenario.

SOIL’s Career Management Services (CMS) strives to facilitate students in findingrecruiters that fit their skill set. We aid students in defining their career goals andtry to fulfill their ambitions by providing them with the best available employmentresources. We are proud to have placed over 1000 graduates in the past throughSOIL, across 300 companies in 22 different countries of the world.

Industry wise break upSOIL witnessed a total of 21 companies visiting the campus for the summerinternship process. There were ample number of firms from the BFSI, Consulting,Healthcare & FMCG sectors enabling the students to choose their preferred sector.

With personalised assistance provided by the CMS team, Faculty and mentors ourstudents have been able to get their preferred domains for Summer internships.This has enabled them to get practical experience in their preferred domain VizMarketing , HR, Finance & Analytics.

In the past decade, Soil has successfully placed all students in companies across theglobe. We remain committed to bringing in companies & desired roles for ourstudents.
