consultation with client • Select / schedule hosts • Marketing will begin ideally at the 4 week

mark in the form of; emails, EDMs, via newsletter (CX Spotlight), personal email invitations

• 2 weeks prior to presentation, we will work with you to put together the slide presentation

Recorded Webinar on YouTube - An edited copy of the webinar will be uploaded to our YouTube account and is generally available to the wider public. We strive whenever possible to make a high quality audio recording of the presentation.

The specific activities will include:

• Collaboration with client to develop the content, slides and printed materials for the roundtable or workshop. The content will be issues/thought leadership driven and designed to continue an ongoing narrative

• The acquisition of participants and prospects based on location, via the following channels: - Client's prospect activities - Prospects sourced via Fifth Quadrant’s
