Terms and Conditions of Sale

Terms: Net 15 days for established accounts. Interest is charged at 2%

per month and 24% per annum on overdue accounts starting after 30 days.

Trees remain the property of TruEarth Trees until paid in full and maybe

removed if accounts are not paid in full.

New Accounts: New term accounts can be setup after your first transac-

tion with the completion and approval of our credit application.

Payment: We accept debit, cash or major credit cards.

Guarantee: Trees are guaranteed to be healthy and of a grade and size

ordered. Every effort will be made to insure that your Nursery stock is

healthy and packaged to the best of our ability. No nursery stock shall be

guaranteed beyond the shipped date. We cannot be held responsible for

nursery stock that fails to grow in conditions beyond our control.

Tree Holding / Tagging:

We would like to welcome you to our farm to view and tag trees,

Call Riley Paxton @ 403 714-9107for appointment.

Our policy is 20% deposit at time of tagging if you are not picking up the

trees within the next 2 weeks. With a minimum 50% deposit we will hold

and care for your trees until your project requires them.

Availability / Delivery / Installation

We work with several other Nurseries to bring a wide variety of products

to market, if there is something you wish to have that we do not currently

stock, we would be more than happy to source it for you.

-Onsite delivery and planting of caliper trees is $100.00-200.00 per tree.

Not responsible for damage to underground services or landscapes due to

planting activities.

-Tree moving is $150.00 per hour minimum charge is $300.00.
