> Parents report absences directly to the school by calling the attendance line (703)802-7782 or submit using the online form

> ENotify calls will be made each evening reporting unverified absence to parents.

> Please communicate with your student’s counselor if you need support in the area of school attendance

long with 3 minutes in between

Tech Support for Parents and Students

● New Parent Technology Help Desk: 833-921-3277 (833-921-FCPS) Answered by staff members between 7 a.m. and 11 p.m., seven days a week.

● FCPS has also set up Parent and Student Technology Support portal at https://itweb.fcps.edu/itsupport/ to allow older students and parents/guardians to request technology help directly.

● If the Help Desk generates an IT support ticket, school Technology support will be notified.
