Winners will be announced at the MAV Technology Awards for Excellence Dinner on 25 March 2020.

Victorian Award categoriesThere are four team award categories for 2020:
• Customer Experience Achievement of the Year • Collaboration or Partnership Achievement of the Year• Smart City Achievement of the Year• Strategy and Planning Achievement of the Year
Collaboration can be demonstrated between:• council business areas,• councils, • councils and external service providers, • councils and other levels of government or community groups.
Entries may be considered in multiple award categories.

Awards for Excellence 2020Who can apply and how are the entries assessed?
Any council with a current MAV Technology membership is eligible to enter the MAV Technology Awards for Excellence. The four Victorian award categories and the Australian award category are assessed by
independent expert judges in regard to how well they: demonstrate outstanding innovation, effort and outcomes; advance the digital transformation of the sector;
support council business objectives; and influence or assist other councils to improve service delivery.
How to enter.Complete the entry form and email to [email protected]. Entries are welcome at any time and close on
28 February 2020. Winners will be eligible for the Victorian Award for Excellence, Australian Award for Excellence, and the LOLA International Award for Excellence (to be announced in The Netherlands in November 2020).
