Policies | Conditions | Charges• Local delivery for palletized materials (Mississauga) is $125 plus HST - Up to 4 pallets.• For palletized deliveries exceeding 4 pallets/skids; a surcharge charge per pallet or square foot will be applied. • Paver surcharges guidlines - $0.23/sq.ft. (45 or 50mm), $0.25/sq.ft. (60 or 70mm), $0.30/sq.ft. (80mm) plus HST.• All other palletized surcharge is $25/pallet plus HST.• Pallets are charged $20 plus HST, in the form of a skid deposit. Pallets must be returned by customer with a copy of receipt in order to recieve a full refund. Staff will not refund pallets/skids without a

copy of an invoice.• Split charges will be applied on any concrete good or material that requires customoziation - picked up or delivered. This is taking an original pallet or package and breaking it down to meet the

amount ordered - Minimum split charge is $10/split plus HST.• Local delivery for bulk materials (Mississauga) is $65 plus HST.• Bulk deliveries are subject to an additional split charge if more than one material is to be delivered.• Handling fees will be added to bulk delivieries if additional non-bulk items are added to the delivery. Charges will vary based on time and weight. • Local delivery for Garden Bag (Mississauga) is included plus HST.• Local delivery for Bin Rentals (Mississauga) is included plus HST. Credit cards are mandatory for all rentals. • Bin Rentals for Soil, Concrete or Asphalt are not to be mixed. A bin rented to a customer must contain a single item, mixed items will be subject to an additional charge or will be refused. • Deliveries outside of the local delivery zone is subject to a delivery/shipping sur-charge - applies on all delivered goods.• Prices for material and or services are subject to change without notice. Stock items within the price list may become special items without notice; please consult with staff or representative prior to
