1. Hosting Chapter will be given 10 Points if host independently.

2. Joint Chapter event will be use 10 Points to divide by the number of chapters(round to the nearest whole number).

3. The Champion of each Category will be given the Points as follow:

5. In order to encourage the number of participants and promote the fairnessbetween different size of chapter, a chapter which have over 10% of #1 thetotal number of full member to join will be given extra 10 Points. Over 20% will have extra 15 Points, so on and so forth.No upper limit of the extra Points will be given.

4. All participants will be given 1 point for their participation.

Marking Scheme:7. The score of chapters in each individual COC program will be counted

and accumulated until the completion of the last COC series.

8. The top three chapters with the highest total score in the year will win the champion, 1st Running up and 2nd Running up of the year.

9. Hosting Chapter should submit the result to NCC Team within 1 month after the COC completion.

#1 the total number of full member will be counted as the number submitted to NOM 7 days before the COC Programs.
