County, Ohio.

2. I am a registered voter in Ohio, a member of the Libertarian Party of Ohio (LPO), and am

eligible to run in the LPO's 2014 primary for Ohio's House of Representatives.

3. On October 25, 2013, I officially filed for the LPO's 2014 primary for Ohio's House of

Representatives District #97 by filing my nominating petition with, and paying the qualifying fee

to, the Muskingum County Board of Elections.

4. The Muskingum County Board of Elections accepted by nominating petition and

qualifying fee that same day.
