Dear ColleaguesDear Colleagues,

OOn behalf of the Organizing and Scientific Committee, it is our great

privilege and honour to invite you to take a part at the 4th Kraków In-

ternational Workshop for Phlebology and Related Disciplines and 22nd

International Scientific and Educational Conference of the Polish So-

ciety of Phlebology. In April 2006 we organized in Kraków an interna-

tional workshop on Advances in Phlebology for the first time. Interest

and acceptance of our initiative - also in 2007 and 2008, encouraged us

to invite you to the fourth meeting. Among guests there will be many

distinguished scientists representing different fields of medicine as

from Poland as from abroad, inter alia: prof. Wolfgang Hach and

Zoltán Várady (Frankfurt/M, D), prof. Piotr Kasprzak (Regensburg,

D), prof. Jose Campos (Dallas, U.S.A.), prof. Ihor Kobza (Lviv, UA),

prof. Christian Lebard (Paris, F). Combination of two different types

of meetings has been resulted in a rapid development of phlebology,

which brings together many areas of medicine - e.g. cardiac and vascu-

lar surgery, cardiology, endovascular procedures, nephrology, diabeto-

logy etc. We prepared professional attractions in scientific and training

program including continuous live-transmisions directly from opera-

ting theatres and treatment rooms to a conference room.

We hope you will spend a pleasent advantageous hours and meet old

and new friends during the Meeting in Kraków - the city with many

interesting and beautiful places. Also in the evening (on June 10th), fa-

mous and very well-known artists from Kraków - Andrzej Sikorowski

and his daughter Maja, will provide a unique atmosphere at the Get-

Together Party. We look forward to see you in Kraków in June 2010:
