Pequannock Township donates toPequannock. I grew up In
Pequannock Township. I have
multiple clients in Pequannock
and Pompton Plains. I thought it
would only be right to give back a
little to the community that has
given so much to me. I spent
many days of my youth at PV
Park. It is a great lake and I have
many great memories there. I
spoke with town officials and
they gave me the green light todonate a garden and a tree to the
Park.
The garden DC Landscape
installed is directly in front of the
PV Park sign. The design includes
some dwarf evergreen
boxwoods, dwarf foun-
tain grasses, red knock
out roses, yellow daylilies, purple saliva, blue
star juniper and finished
it off with some black
dye mulch which really
makes the flowers and
plants stand out. The
tree I decided to donate
was a Purple Leaf
Thunder Cloud Plum. It
is one of my favorite
trees. They have small
pink flowers in springand then, throughout
the summer until fall,
the foliage of the plant
offers a beautiful burgundy color.
The tree does not get huge and
does not make a mess in fall.
There are only a handful of trees
that have nice burgundy foliage
throughout the spring, summer
and fall months and this is one of
them. All in all, its a pretty main-

Do you think its a
requirement to be-come a millionaire
in your lifetime? Is it a nice
thought, perhaps for some-
one else, or not even a
thought at all? Were you
alive when the average house
in our North Jersey area cost
around $80,000 in 1978,
when $1,000,000.00 was
really a cool million? And
now, what is a cool million
dollars worth? Does it still goas far; spend the same or feel
as good when compared to
the late 70s considering
nominal bank CD rates were
over 10% and for a brief peri-
od as high as 18%? A
$1,000,000 CD would gener-
ate $180,000 in annual inter-
est, in other words, you could
live on that. Today, the same
$1,000,000 CD from the
same bank pays .35% or$3,500 in annual interest and
that is before we calculate
todays inflated cost of goods
and services when compared
to the 1970s.
Please imagine a slice of
pizza or my newest measure
of inflation, a bagel. When I
was 7 years of age, a slice of
pizza cost a quarter and a
bagel cost a dime. This week
I purchased a dozen bagels for$12 and two slices of pizza
cost more than $4.00! My
children have asked me why
we even use change anymore
since basically nothing costs
less than a dollar. You know,
theyre right and inflation
isnt slowing down stopping
or going away, quite the con-
trary, in this columnists
opinion, inflation is poised to
skyrocket! What I am sayingis that accumulating a $1
plus million retirement port-
folio is no longer a nice
thought or optional, its adownright mandatory neces-
sity - Period!
Last month one of my
columns was entitled, Is a
College Education Worth
the Cost? Is it worth losing
at least 4 years of momentum
in the workforce building
your career while accumulat-
ing a 6 figure school loan
debt, not to mention a guar-
antee of a job upon gradua-
tion? I wrote, Its a Dogs
Life for Me, comparing the
wonderful life my dog leads
to the perfect retirement life.
Another column was titledWants vs. Needs the
American Struggle, where
no one actually needs a new
Bentley motorcar. Today, I
am writing about financial
preparedness, that without
exception must be planned
for and executed or suffer a
retirement of sacrifice, disap-
pointment or worse, no
retirement at all. There was
once a joke that asked, Howdo you spell retirement? The
answer was D.E.A.T.H.
Unfortunately, for some peo-
ple born after 1985 thisjoke will more than likely
be their reality. The rules of
the money game including
wealth accumulation, inter-
generational wealth transfer
and debt avoidance must be
mastered and plans for a
joint-life guaranteed retire-
ment income must be in
place so the surviving spouse
will not run out of money
before running out of life.
Lets see what the
future holds is a phrase tan-
tamount to complacency and
denial. We must be proac-
tive, decisive, actionaryand reactionary to world
events including that of our
own government that shape
our individual and familys
financial future. The finan-
cial section of the newspaper
can no longer be used to line
the bird cage or as the dogs
wee wee pad, until after it is
read and digested by all who
live under the family roof.
Tough economic times willbe upon us again and the fed-
eral government lacks the
financial might and world
respect to save us this time.We have come to the rescue
of other failing nations
throughout history and how
many of those nations would
or could come to the aid of
the United States of
America? Bottom line is it
really doesnt matter, because
the problem of our national
debt and total federal finan-
cial obligations due to con-
tinued congressional compla-
cency, have gotten too far
out of control where no
nation on earth possesses the
financial might to render any
aid or bailout. Its truly out of control
with no leadership from any
branch in power to overcome
this adversity and travesty. I
am concerned for the chil-
dren of today as the govern-
ment has forsaken them by
refusing to acknowledge and
correct decades of reckless
spending without regard to
balancing expenses with rev-
enue. The government can-not continue to raise taxes
on the 50% of Americans
that pay tax while increasing
those that are dependent ongovernment provided
income, health care and
housing benefits. How many
more examples do we need?
History is littered full of
failed governments, political
experiments run amok and
Robin Hood economic les-
sons for the United States
government to behave the
way it has, increasing the
debt ceiling every budgetyear to this incomprehensi-
ble level. How, as a family
unit, can you react and pro-
tect yourself from our failed
domestic economic prob-
lems? Ill tell you: work more,
earn more, save more, invest
more and spend less, all the
things your government
refuses to do. Living above
ones means, keeping up with
the Joness, entitlementvacations and new cars are
out! Frugality, Budgeting and
Necessities only, are in! The
penalty for non-compliance
will be severe and what are
the consequences if I am
wrong about future inflation?
Youll have a fortune more
money invested a rosy future
and leave a major legacy!
But, if Im right, and you are
prepared, youll be able toprosper through your very
last day with food on the
table, a roof over your head
and cash to pay for health
care. This is too serious a
subject to put-off or poo poo.
The Federal Reserve has
already indicated interest
rates will rise in the latter
half of 2015 and with that
the resurgence of inflation.
Remember the bagel andpizza prices of your childhood
vs today and just think about
them for a moment. Now,
project what they will cost in
ten years, in twenty and if
you will be able to pick upthe tab when the kids and
grandkids come over. My
advice, get together with a
competent financial advisor
today to design a tax-advan-
taged savings/investment and
income producing program
to protect and provide for
your future financial require-
ments ASAP!

What would summer
be without days
spent frolicking at
the beach or afternoons spent
splashing in the pool? Fun in
the water makes hot days more
enjoyable and bearable, and
few summertime activities do
not involve water play in one
aspect or another.
Although time spent in
the water can be refreshing and
entertaining, water does pres-
ent certain hazards, particular-
ly for those who do not know
how to swim. Learning to
swim, especially at a young age,
is advisable and a great way to
remain safe around the water.
The World Health
Organization says drowning is
the third leading cause of unin-
tentional injury death across
the globe, accounting for 7 per-
cent of all injury-related
deaths. Children, males and
individuals with increased
access to water are most at risk
of drowning. In general, chil-
dren under five years of age
have the highest drowning
mortality rates in the world,
though adult males in Canada
and New Zealand drown at
higher rates than children.
According to the
American Academy of
Pediatrics, parents should con-
sider swimming lessons for
most children between the
ages of one and four. New
research has revealed that
swimming instruction for chil-dren between the ages of one
and four may decrease drown-
ing risk. However, parents
should be advised that swim-
ming lessons do not remove all
risk. Children still need con-
stant supervision when in and
around water. Additionally,
learning CPR can be a life-sav-
ing measure.
When enrolling children
in swim lessons, parents should
look for safety-certified
instructors who have first aid
and resuscitation training and
certification. Many programs
offered are sponsored by the
American Red Cross or the
YMCA. Private swim clubs
may have their own instruc-
tors.
Children between the
ages of one and three typicallydo not have the motor coordi-
nation to swim effectively.
These children can benefit
from swim lessons that empha-
size getting used to the water,
safety and learning some swim-
ming readiness skills.
Instruction may involve teach-
ing children how to move their
legs and arms and strengthen
muscles used for swimming.Children between the ages of
four and five may be more
developmentally ready for
swimming. Such youngsters
may move from water-safety
lessons to actual swimming
with or without support. A
study titled Childrens
readiness for learning front
crawl swimming published in
The Australian Journal of
Science and Medicine in Sport
showed that whether kids
started lessons at two, three or
four years of age, they learned
to swim well at approximately
the same mean age of five and
a half years.
In addition to swimming
lessons, parents and other
adults can ensure water safety
by taking the following precau-
tionary measures:
Children should never be left
unattended in the water. It
takes mere inches of water for a
youngster to drown.
In the pool or another bodyof water, caregivers should be
within touching distance of
young swimmers to provide
help if needed, even if the
child is wearing a floatation
device.
Keep rescue equipment by
the pool.
Remove toys from the pool
when its not in use. These toys
can attract children who will
go in after them.A fence around the perimeter
of the yard may be mandatory,
but a fence around the pool
itself is another safety barrier to
consider. The fence should fea-
ture a self-latching gate.
Even adults should be
watched while swimming. It is
always a safe idea to swim with
a buddy, so that the other per-
son can get help if something
goes wrong. So, be safe this summer.

Dad gets to be king of his
castle at least one day
during the year. Come
mid-June, children near and far
scramble for ideas to treat their
fathers to a special day and
award him with gifts for being a
role model, provider and confi-
dante. Fathers Day activities
should be centered around
Dads interests. With that in
mind, the following are some
ideas to honor Dad or another
special man in your life.
Sports Sunday: If Dad is a
sports fan, his idea of spending
a fun-filled afternoon very well
may be cheering on his favorite
players. Whether your father
enjoys golf, tennis, baseball,
soccer, or another sport like
hunting or fishing, chances are
there is a television broadcast
on that you can watch togeth-
er. Otherwise, you can surprise
Dad by purchasing tickets to a
sporting event and making a
day of it at the ballpark.
Beach bound: A relaxing day
at the beach may be the per-
fect way to spend Fathers Day.
Dad can enjoy the entire fam-
ily while sitting back in his
beach chair and watching the
waves roll in. Pack a picnic
lunch with his favorite foods
and a cold beer, and Dad may
just say this was his best cele-
bration yet.
Adventure seeker: If yours is a
father who enjoys living on the
edge, a Fathers Day activity
built around action and adven-
ture should be a winner. Take
Dad base jumping, rock climb-
ing, scuba diving, or race car
driving. Any of these activities
is bound to get Dads adrena-
line pumping.
R&R: Dads idea of the per-
fect Fathers Day may be an
afternoon free of obligations
and deadlines. A relaxing day
in the yard swimming laps in
the pool or hitting a few
grounders to your waiting base-
ball mitt may be all the excite-
ment he needs. Toss a few
steaks on the grill to give
Fathers Day a truly perfect
ending.
Impromptu party: Some dads
like to be the center of atten-
tion. A Fathers Day party
thrown in his honor, complete
with friends and family, can be
an entertaining way to spend
the day. If you are worried
about interrupting others
Fathers Day plans, host the
gathering on the Saturday
before Fathers Day and let Dad
be the life of the party. Finger
foods, barbecue, a limited list of
cocktails and other beverages
and some background music
are all that you need to host a
festive function.
Plan a Fathers Day cele-
bration with your dad in mind.
Cater to his favorite activities
and opt for entertainment that
he will enjoy.

Packanack Lake and all
of Wayne lost a fixture
in the community on
May 2nd when Kevin Rovere
was taken from us by sudden
illness. Kevin grew up in
Packanack Lake and built his
family there. He was the epit-
ome of a friendly neighbor,
and few have done more to
help a community thrive.
This tragedy has been no
exception to the kindness and
support of community, so his
friends have joined forces to
throw the greatest Benefit/
Fundraiser/Celebration of Life
that this community has ever
seen.
On June 21st, we invite
everyone who wants to be a
part of the healing process to
join us on the grounds of Fire
Company #5 in Packanack
Lake to share stories about
Kevin, eat some great BBQ,
drink a beer in his honor, and
raise money to help his family
during this most difficult time.
Kevin left behind not only his
wife Sharon but three young
sons, Robert, Joseph and
Nicholas, and 100% of the
money raised will go directly
to the family. Tickets are $50
in advance or $60 at the door
and are available through the
Packanack Clubhouse, the
Firehouse, or through the
website www.roverefamily
fund.weebly.com. There will
also be a Tricky Tray and
50/50. If you can help with
donations for the event please
contact Jill Taliano at jill.

have done so much already,
lets do a little more.
F
athers Day has been
celebrated in one form
or another since the
beginning of the nineteenth
century. Perhaps the most
driving force behind Fathers
Day was Senora Dodd, who
thought of the idea of a day
to honor fathers while listen-
ing to a Mothers Day sermon
in 1909. Having been raised
by her father, Dodd wanted
to honor the sacrifices that
fathers make. Fathers Day
was not formally considered a
holiday until 1972, when a
Congressional Act officially
designated the third Sunday
in June Fathers Day.
Families celebrate
Fathers Day in many ways.
This year Fathers Day falls
on Sunday, June 15. Dads
who are history buffs may
want to celebrate this years
holiday by reminiscing about
the notable events that have
occurred on June 15 through
the years. Here are just some
of the many historical events
that took place on June 15.

forms his famous kite-flying
experiment to test the elec-
trical power of lightning.

Many college stu-
dents recognize the
value of intern-
ships. Internships can help
college students start building
their resumes before they
even earn their degrees, and
those experiences can give
them an edge in a competi-
tive postgraduate job market.
Landing internships
gives students some firsthand
experience within a given
profession, and that exposure
can help them decide if a pro-
jected career path is right for
them or if its good to go back
to the drawing board. The
following are a few tips to
help college students land an
internship and make the
most of the opportunity.
Dont hesitate. Though
many internships are tailored
to students with a year or two
of college under their belt,
that doesnt mean freshman
cant begin to explore poten-
tial opportunities. Even if you
dont intend to get an intern-
ship in the coming school
year or during summer break,
you can begin to explore
potential opportunities that
might interest you when the
time to start seeking intern-
ships does arrive. Looking
early may yield valuable
information, such as courses
that would improve your
chances of landing an intern-
ship, which your fellow stu-
dents who hesitate or pro-
crastinate wont have.
Speak with the career
placement specialists at your
school. Career placement
departments at colleges and
universities are an increasing-
ly valuable resource for
todays college students,
many of whom will graduate
and face an uncertain and
crowded job market. But
career placement depart-
ments are not just a resource
for grads. Such departments
can be valuable tools for cur-
rent students interested in
landing internships. If you
dont know where to begin
your internship search or sim-
ply want to see if any oppor-
tunities have opened up,
speak with representatives at
the career placement depart-
ment at your school. Look
the part on such visits, dress-
ing nicely and bringing a
resume. Doing so might just
separate you from your fellow
students, and that can only
help as you begin your search
for an internship.
Ask around among
friends and family members.
Sometimes you need a little
help to land a good intern-
ship, so dont be afraid to ask
your friends and family mem-
bers if theyre aware of any
opportunities. Adult relatives
might be aware of internship
opportunities at their compa-
nies before the general pub-
lic, and theres no shame in
seeking help as you try to
take the first step toward a
rewarding career. In addition
to friends and family mem-
bers, inquire about your col-
lege or universitys alumni
network. Many alumni look
to hire students from their
universities for internships or
even entry-level positions, so
make the most of this poten-
tially valuable resource.

We are the leaders in the poison ivyremoval industry with memberships

PHILOSOPHYPoison Ivy Gone employs a highlytrained staff to help with the
removal and maintenance ofpoisonous plants on your property.Based in Oakland, NJ, our staff isreadily available for dispatch to yourlocation. Poison Ivy Gone coversthe entire Tri-State area and offersfree consultation for any local poisonivy removal job.
Technically, no, poison ivy
is not illegal, but having it
on your property can be
an expensive proposition.
Wayne, like many towns in NJ now has
an ordinance against noxious weeds.
The Wayne ordinance (Ordinance 59
of 2013) defines noxious weeds as
the following: Noxious weeds and
plants are perennial weeds and plants,
such as those not only reproduced by
seed, but also spread by underground
roots, stems and other reproductive
parts, and which when well-established,
are highly destructive and difficult to
control, by ordinary good cultural
practices. Examples include but are not
limited to bamboo (spreading or run-
ning type), ragweed, multi flora rose,
kudzu-vine and poison ivy or oak.
The penalty for not removing poison
ivy from your property is a fine of not
less than $100 per day and no more
than $1,000 for each day the violation
continues.
If you have poison ivy on your prop-
erty, you should remove it as soon as
possible. Poison Ivy Gone is the indus-
try leader in poison ivy removal. Our
crews remove poison ivy to just be-
neath ground level by hand without
harsh herbicides. The reason that we
dont come in and simply spray herbi-
cides is that the urushiol oil (which
causes the rash) remains in the poison
ivy stems for years after the plant dies
and simple spraying can kill plants that
you want in your landscape.
Our method is
more thorough
and safer for your
family.

Fertilizing a lawn is a
springtime tradition for
many homeowners.
Winter can take its toll on a
lawn, but fertilizer can go a
long way toward helping a lawn
recover from harsh weather.
While lawn-and-garden enthu-
siasts might know the ins and
outs of fertilizing a lawn,
novices might need a little help
as they look to restore their
lawns.
Find out what your lawn
needs. Even novice green
thumbs likely know that over
fertilization can harm a lawn,
and thats a big reason many
homeowners approach fertiliz-
ing their lawn with some trepi-
dation. A lush lawn adds to the
curb appeal of a home, while a
lawn thats patchy or appears to
be poorly taken care of can
lower property value. Before
fertilizing a lawn, homeowners
should determine the needs of
their lawns. A soil test can
determine if the lawn has any
nutrient deficiencies.
Dont overdo it with nitrogen.
Fertilizing with too much nitro-
gen is a common mistake, as
too much nitrogen can be
harmful, decreasing root
growth and increasing a lawns
susceptibility to disease. A
slow-release fertilizer may be an
option, as such fertilizers break
down nutrients over a longer
period of time, which also
allows homeowners to extend
the intervals between fertilizing
sessions. But a lawn can get
nitrogen from other sources as
well. Such sources include grass
clippings or raked leaves left on
the lawn after being shredded
by a mulching mower.
Consider using granules
instead of spray. Spraying a
lawn with fertilizer might
seem like the easiest and
quickest way to fertilize, but
spraying is typically best left to
the professionals. Thats
because novices often struggle
to evenly apply the fertilizer
when spraying, and many do
not account for the wind
when spraying fertilizer. A tra-
ditional spreader that fertilizes
a lawn with granules makes it
easier for nonprofessionals to
apply the fertilizer accurately
and evenly. Before fertilizing
with granules, read the pack-
age to determine if you need
to water the lawn before appli-
cation, as some fertilizers are
only effective when applied to
a lawn after it has been
watered. Also, be sure to fill
the spreader over asphalt
instead of over the lawn.
Chances are youre going to
spill granules when filling the
spreader and such spills can be
harmful to the lawn.
Plan to fertilize several times.
Some homeowners only fertil-
ize twice a year, once in the
spring and then once again in
the fall. But fertilizer should

Mosquitoes are another pest
that may carry heartworms, which can be life threatening
to your dog and cat. More trips
to the dog park can also
increase exposure to infected
soil and intestinal parasites,
some of which are transmissible
to people (zoonotic). In North
Jersey, we cant forget about
ticks that can carry a variety of
diseases, most notably Lyme
disease. Preventatives for fleas,
ticks, heartworms and intestin-al parasites are available from
your veterinarian and should be
given year-round. The benefits
of prevention far outweigh the
nuisance and health hazards for
your pet and to us as well.
Another summer risk for
cats that live in apartment
buildings or in homes with a
second floor is high-rise syn-
drome. This is the unfortunate
scenario of us wanting to openwindows in the nice weather
and cats falling out of them.
Cats dont deliberately jump
out of windows but can fall ifscreens arent properly secured
or if they are focused on an
insect or bird and become dis-
tracted. Cats can be seriously
injured even if they fall even
from a short distance. This syn-
drome is 100 percent preventa-
ble by having secure screens or
enclosures for our windows.
With some simple preven-
tion our pets can enjoy this
summer as much as we do.

Recent improvements
in the design andengineering of gas
grills have transformed the art
of grilling. From searing and
rotisserie cooking to planking
and smoking, gas grills now
provide chefs with several dif-
ferent grilling techniques to
develop flavors, textures and
aromas. With a quality gas
grill, the right set of features
and a few key accessories, the
culinary possibilities for abackyard chef are endless.
Chef Naz Cavallaro, a
grilling expert from Broil
King, shares his must-have
tools for creating restaurant
style meals at home, as fol-
lows:
Stone Grill Set: Bake restau-
rant-quality pizza and bread
with this durable stone grill
set. Barbecued pizza provides amore authentic pie since the
hot, dry air in your grill yieldsa much better result than
preparing it in a conventional
oven.
Gourmet Burger Press: It
makes perfect patties right at
home. Grill enthusiasts will
love experimenting with the
endless menu possibilities this
burger press provides. Options
include Greek-style burgers
stuffed with feta cheese, roast-ed red peppers and olives, and
Tex-Mex-style burgers stuffedwith jalapeno and cheddar.
Wood Chips and Planks:
Deep smoky flavors and fall-
off-the-bone tenderness are
hallmarks of traditional barbe-
cue cuisine. Create those
authentic flavors at home
using wooden planks, smoker
boxes and flavored wood
chips. From the pungent fla-
vors of hickory and mesquiteto the sweeter, more delicate
apple and cherry, several dif-
ferent types of chips are avail-able and suited to specific cuts
of meat.
Roast Rack: A roast that is
slow-cooked on a grill delivers
amazing flavor and texture.
Look for a rack that can
accommodate a drip pan so
you can catch all of the juices
from the food.
For best results, Chef Naz
also recommends a gas grilldesigned with these perform-
ance features: excellent heat
retention; searing power and
flavor vaporization at the
grids; full coverage stainless
steel flavor wave, or heat
medium; precise heat control;
a side burner and a rotisserie
burner.

To prepare the
sauce: Combine all
ingredients in a sauce-
pan and set aside until
the ribs are ready to
remove from the foil.
Gently heat the sauce
on the side burner for 10 to 15
minutes before using.Carefully remove the ribs
from the foil and place on
grids. Baste generously with
sauce, and grill for 10 minutes
per side, leaving the lid open,
turning several times, andbasting with sauce after each
turn.
Heat remaining sauce to
a boil and then allow it to sim-
mer for 5 to 10 minutes. Serve
on the side as a dipping sauce.Find additional recipes and

On the heels of arecession that saw
home values drop,
many would-be investors
have shied away from buying
investment properties. But
real estate has historically
remained a sound invest-
ment, boasting a long-termappreciation rate that makes
it a worthwhile investment
for those who can withstand
temporary setbacks in hous-
ing prices and hold on to
their properties over the long
haul.
But investors are oftennervous as they look for their
first properties. Uncertainty
about housing prices aside,
investing in real estate is also
risky, and first-time investors
need to be comfortable with
such risk in order to make the
most of their investments. The following are a few
things potential real estate
investors should consider as
they decide if investing in
real estate is right for them.
Personal ability
Real estate investors
typically have tenants, andthose tenants inevitably have
needs. Investors who have
experience as contractors
may not find it difficult to
renovate a property and make
it more attractive to tenants,
nor are they likely to be
inconvenienced when minorissues on the property need to
be addressed. Investors with
no such experience will need
to hire contractors to do the
work for them, cutting into
potential profits down the

road. In addition, investors
who dont have the abilityand/or the time to address
minor issues like a clogged
drain or a drafty window on
their own will need to hire a
property management firm to
tend to such needs. Such
firms are effective, but also
expensive, further cuttinginto your profits.
Even those investors
with contracting experience
may have little or no knowl-
edge of how the leasing
process works, forcing them
to rely on a real estate firm to
write up leases and ensure allleases stay current. This, too,
can cut into an investors
profits. Investors who dont
bring any relevant expertise
to the table can still make a
profit from their real estate
investments, but those profits
likely wont be as significantwhen outside companies must
be hired to ensure the proper-
ty is in good shape and all
necessary documents are in
order and up-to-date.
Time
Real estate is often a
time-consuming investment.
Tenants pay good money to
live in attractive rental prop-
erties, and those tenants will
have a host of needs thatmust be met. Investors must
be sure they have the time to
address their tenants con-
cerns, especially investors
with no plans to hire proper-
ty management firms.
Potential investors who
already have full plates at
work and at home may not be
able to devote the time nec-
essary to make the most of
their real estate investments,

Dracula makes an
appearance at The
Rhino Theatre in
June. This stage adaptation is
closely based on the original,
presenting the frightening
story that made this a horror
classic. The story focuses on
the mysterious Count Dracula
who has gone to Englandwhere he lives on a large
estate next to an insane asy-
lum run by the incredibly
naive Dr. Seward. The others
that make up the cast of this
thriller include Professor Van
Helsing, Renfield, the beauti-
ful Lucy Westenra and
Charles. The plot develops
with all the excitement of the
original and then, in the end,the audience is given the jolt
of a startling double twist.
Friday and Saturday shows are
at 8pm and Sundays shows are
at 2pm. Ticket price is $25 for
Adults and $23.50 for seniors.

mize their investments.
Though real estate is a sound
investment, it is not a get
rich quick type of invest-
ment, so investors looking to
make a quick buck should
consider alternatives before
buying investment properties.
SizeFirst-time real estate
investors might be wise to
choose a smaller property for
their initial investment.
Larger properties can be over-
whelming to manage, and
investors often rely on prop-
erty management firms to
tend to these properties. Such
firms charge more to manage
bigger properties, which can
eat into investors finances.Veteran investors can handle
such overhead costs, but first-
timers might find themselves
caught off guard upon realiz-
ing the gravity of their finan-
cial commitment. A good
rule of thumb for first-time
investors is to stick to smaller
properties, only moving on to
larger buildings once they are
fully comfortable with allthat comes with investing in
real estate.
Costs
The cost of a real estate
investment goes beyond the
purchase price of the home.
