It is my proud privilege to welcome you all in this 3D Virtual 28th Annual State Conference and pre-

conference Dr. R N Ghosh Memorial CME, organized by the APMWB, on the 30th and 31st October

2021. We all know, that it is not possible to arrange for any offline conference due to Covid-19

pandemic, so we are bound to go for the virtual platform this year also.

Last year, we were able to arrange for an extended Dr. RN Ghosh Memorial CME with E-poster

presentation by the PGTs only. This year we are happy to host the Annual State Conference also,

where the post graduate trainees will get the opportunities to present their Award papers, E- posters

and the Free papers.

As the number of post graduate trainees has increased a lot in last few years, we have tried to make

the CME and the Conference more effective and interesting for them.

We, the organising committee eagerly and humbly look forward for your whole-hearted support and

active participation to make our Conference and CME a grand success.
