Tom terrific! The Patriots always have a way to find answers on

offense with Belichick and Tom at the helm. Edelman is the

wide receiver Wes Welker wanted to be. Don’t be surprised

if Tim Wright (another one of my Tampa Bay refugees) has a major sophomore year with new England

The Bills made all the big offseason moves but I still don’t trust their QB situation. When Cassel becomes the starter, it will be a return of the student to face the sensei. Everyone knows Danielson can’t see Mr. Miagi

Mike Notable Weakness: The equation is simple, give Tom Brady a great defense, and he will get you to another ring. The problem is that defense has been the least consistent facet

of the Patriots. The pats have lost Pot Roast Wilfork, and Revis Island. The loss of Darrelle Revis sucks, but the loss of Vince Wilfork is crushing. Linebackers have to be fast in coverage in today’s NFL, they don’t have the bulk to shed blocks like line backers of old. A Defensive

Tackle of Vince Wilfork’s Caliber is hard to find in this NFL.

Best team:

AFC East - New England Patriots Having Gronk and Edelman are obvious strengths…The

Patriots were also fortunate to obtain RB Legarrette Blount from free agency a week after being released by the Pittsburgh Steelers. The defense is as solid as it comes led by star DB Darelle Revis , the leagues number 1 shut down corner . He dares opposing QB’s to throw in his direction. Outside Linebacker Jamie Collins (4 sacks, 2 interceptions , and 91 tackles) is a future star. So is safety Jason McCourty. As long as this core can stay together with their solid

Offensive line, a repeat will not be out of the question.

Everything on offense (save the offensive line) needs help. A team that has Nick Mangold and D'Brickashaw Ferguson tends to find a way to run the rock. The Jets showed flashes of this in 2014. The skill positions need to step up, they have already addressed this in Brandon Marshall, however I genuinely believe for the Jets to really step up two things need to happen. Geno has to be given the development that Rex never gave him, and they have to pick up a game changer in the draft.

There are just SO MANY problems with this team. Even with the acquisition of Brandon Marshall, the question that still remains is who will throw to the all pro receiver.

The Jets are a team in transition; New Head Coach, the departure of Chris Johnson, Percy Harvin, and Vick. The Jets are going to be tough to beat on defense. No one wants to throw to Revis’ side and Cromartie is still an athletic freak. The Jets should invest their entire draft on the offensive side of the ball. Trading back from 6 to 10 would net the Jets access to one of the big 3 WRs in this Draft. The pairing of Marshal and Decker and the addition of DeVonte Parker on the outside, would blend perfectly with an addition of Gurley in the 2nd. Give Geno the weapons to succeed and a year to truly gauge his ability. if he fails, your new QB will already have his weapons in place to step in and be successful.

Mike Notable Weakness: I want to say the worst team is Jets but then the dolphins just hired Mike Tannenbaum, the same

guy who would have been the reason I said the Jets.

Worst team:

AFC East - New York Jets

Deep Dive on AFC EAST

The AFC East has had its fair share of headlines this offseason. We've seen three teams make significant additions, two of which include a new head coach. The top dog is pretty cut and dry as it's hard to argue with a Lombardi Trophy. The New England Patriots, motivated by naysayers early in the season, clawed their way to yet another championship. The AFC East's bottom team is a tougher projection. While all 3 other teams are in a position to piece together a winning squad by kickoff in week 1, all 3 will have to execute in the 2015 NFL Draft in order to do so. Judging by the teams' current rosters, the last place team would likely be the New York Jets. The destiny of each team will be in the hands of their quarterbacks, and Ryan Fitzpatrick is likely not the answer to the Jets' quarterback question. While the Bills are in a similar situation at quarterback, they have surrounded whoever lines up behind center with a devastating set of weapons. Miami has made improvements this March and could be a solid playoff contender with the addition of a few contributing players in the draft. The division has seen more activity and headlines than any other in the NFL throughout March, but will it be enough for any team to usurp the Patriots?

Bill Halloran 2MWsports.com

Page 7: 2MW NFL Draft Guide 2015

AFC EAST New England Patriots: Strengths: Tom Brady and Bill Belichick. These two are undoubtedly the most prominent of all strengths in the division. Any strengths on the offensive side of the field trace back to one or both of these individuals. It would be excessive to further explain how much these two mean to this team. Weaknesses: Cornerback: After seeing Revis sign with the Jets and Browner head to the Saints, the Patriots are losing two incredibly talented players that surely made the lives of the 9 defenders on the field with them much easier on each down. There isn't an individual left on the roster that should be left on an island with an elite receiver. Defensive Tackle: The departure of Vince Wilfork leaves both a figurative and a literal hole in New England's defensive front. Wilfork anchored the defense for over a decade with incredible run stuffing abilities that led to 5 Pro Bowl appearances. He won't be easily replaced.

2

What They Need: Trae Waynes, CB, Michigan St. Waynes is unanimously considered the top corner in the draft, so the Patriots have a slim chance of landing him with the 32nd pick. The Patriots would be wise to move up and snatch him if Waynes does fall to to the latter half of the first round, despite the fact that this goes entirely against New England's typical trade back for quantity over quality strategy. Jordan Phillips, DT, Oklahoma Phillips is a big bodied nose tackle that actually has potential to pick up where Wilfork left off. Weighing in at 329 pounds, Phillips is surprisingly quick for his size. Ifo Ekpre-Olomu, CB, Oregon Ekpre-Olomu is a first round talent that will likely fall to the 2nd round due to an ACL injury. This is high-risk, but it could certainly be high-reward.

Page 8: 2MW NFL Draft Guide 2015

New York Jets

Strengths:

Secondary: It's only fitting that a former safety and secondary coach takes the helm for the Jets and immediately creates one of the most talented units in the NFL. The return of Revis & Cromartie along with the additions of Buster Skrine and Marcus Gilchrist will makes teams think twice about taking a shot down field.

Receivers: Brandon Marshall would improve any team's receiver unit. Pairing him with Decker (and putting Decker back to a WR2) is a great move by the Jets. Jace Amaro isn't the best blocker on the roster, but he is a skilled pass catcher as well.

Weaknesses:

Depth: The Jets lack depth at running back, and could stand for more in other areas, but no weakness is more glaring than the team's quarterback situation.

Quarterbacks: Geno Smith will once again move to the bench with the addition of journeyman Ryan Fitzpatrick, a quarterback who will help this team, but certainly not enough. Fitzpatrick has arguably his best set of weapons in his career with this 2015 Jets team when you include Marshall, Decker, and an emerging Jace Amaro. We've seen Fitzpatrick's ceiling though, thus we know that the Jets can be good if Fitzpatrick lives up to his limited potential, but they cannot be great.

Worst of AFC EAST

What They Need:

Marcus Mariota, QB, Oregon

With the 6th pick in the 2015 NFL draft, the Jets need to take Mariota if he is available. He could go as early as the 2nd pick, so if the price is right the Jets could be wise to move up and secure him. Hitting on a quarterback is tough, but if the Jets can do just that with Mariota, they would be a dangerous team. Without any other glaring needs, it would be beneficial to trade back if a deal can be struck to keep the Jets' first pick within the top 15 where there will still be elite talent available while adding some value in day two.

Markus Golden, DE/OLB, Missouri

Adding a run stuffer to Bowles' man-cover defense would certainly help. Adding a guy like Markus Golden would be a great way to do just that. Golden is a high-motor bull rush player that can set the edge against the run extraordinarily well. His pass rush capabilities come into question as he doesn't have an arsenal of moves, but the effort is there on every play. I trust Bowles would be fine working with that.

Page 9: 2MW NFL Draft Guide 2015

Listen, I am done with Peyton Manning. However, he

punches you an automatic ticket to the post season. As dire as QB play has been outside of the top 10 signal callers in the league, that feat can not be overlooked. The offense has lost Julius Thomas, but with Daniel Owens at tight end and Emanuel sanders across from Demaryius (BeBe, shout out to another Georgia Tech alum) Thomas the offense will still tick. Montee Ball should succeed in Gary Kubiaks new offense. Ball has talent, and Kubiak had Arian Foster running like a madman in Texas.

Peyton Manning has wonderful toys: • Pro-bowl Wide Receiver Demaryius Thomas (111 reception 1,619

yards 11 touchdowns.) • Pro-bowl Tightend Julius Thomas (12 Touchdowns). • Wide Receiver Emmanuel Sanders (101 receptions 1,404 yards 9

touchdowns) • Having a running back committee of C.J. Anderson, Ronnie Hillman

and Juwan Thompson is very good.

Is Manning still the QB? Are the Chargers still pissing off their

Franchise QB? Enough said! Denver is poised to continue to win games regardless of their divisional rivals’ moves. Denver needs to fend off the challengers for their annual throne by signing a FA WR like Greg Jennings to a small deal and the chance to win again. At this point Peyton, if he was really about winning would reduce his contract and allow a trade for Peterson. Reduce your contracted amount for to paltry 12 million total and give your team the money to trade for Peterson. He takes over your caps space next season when you leave and you get yourself another ring. This combination of passing and rushing would have Defensive Coordinators jumping off buildings.

There are holes everywhere on this team. There's no deep threat. While James Jones might assist in that department, JJ may have been a product of playing with green bay than a real #1 receiver. The running game wasn’t great either. There has been a shake up on the O-line (almost the entire line is made up of free agent signings), this can be strength or a weakness. While the strength of the O-line is unknown, the conservative view of weakness is where I'll leave it for now

This team is very Young with no identity, they just need to keep building. A fresh start will begin with GM Reggie Mckenzie running the show with Head coach Jack Del Rio. Another great move was re-signing all pro defensive back, future Hall Of Famer Charles Woodson. He will be a great leader and mentor to this young team.

They just cut Matt Schaub for Christian Ponder and signed Trent

Richardson. I’ll let that set in. They need work. Adding a top flight

WR or two would help! Cooper/ White and Gurley in the 2nd would go a long way to putting the Raid back in Raiders. David Coob, Breshad Perriman and Darren Waller can all aid this team as specialty players if the Raiders decide to go DT and OT in the early rounds.

2MW Opinion – Maurice Brown - That awkward moment when the raiders have a more optimistic view on the upcoming season than the 49ers...

They didn’t finish with the best record (by one game), but if any GM

knows how to build a team its Ozzie Newsome. The defense looks like its ready to ramp up to the next level. Terrell Suggs turned back the clock in the playoffs and looked insanely talented. CJ Mosely is that young talent at RB that other teams get mad Ozzie managed to find first… again and again (from ray ray to Ellerbee)This team was really one Flacco into from beating NE in the playoffs.

The Linebacker core on this team was the strength led by Rookie C.J. Mosley (133 tackles 3 sacks), Darryl Smith (128 tackles 1 sack), Terrell Suggs (61 tackles 12 sacks), Elvis Dumerville (37 tackles 17 sacks.).

The Secondary position was weak, ever since Ed Reed retired teams felt comfortable throwing balls down the field for big plays. If the Ravens can take care of the secondary this defense can go back to its dominant ways

I want to choose another team so badly. However, how can I? QB that wins? Check. Talented WRs? Check (I loved you Sanu since your Rutgers days). Talented RB? Check. Defense that is competitive enough to keep it in games? Check! If this teams drafts carefully? It can turn the corner and be in the Super bowl. Add a Maxx Williams (TE) or Dorial Green-Beckham in the first to go along with the resigning of Michael Johnson at DE and this is a top team in January. What about the Steelers? At some point Le’Veon Bell has to get suspended right? I forgot, 6 rings!

2MW Opinion – James Cooper - I see the Ravens winning the North with Cleveland bringing up the rear once again mainly because of QB position. The Ravens never really seem to fall off.

Offense, my lord offense. The Browns let Brian Hoyer go, only to sign Josh Mccown to start in front of Johnny Manziel. When Manziel is

your backup quarter back to Josh McCown you have what I call the ultimate over hype depth chart. Your starting QB is getting contracts off of half a season with Marc Trestman, and the other Quarterback blatantly told America he cares about partying and drinking more than football. Because he made non NFL athletes look like…. Non NFL athletes, we fell for the hype and let it rock. Now these two hold the keys to victory whilst throwing to another perennially overhyped contract having receiver … Dwayne Bowe.

I need very few words for the Cleveland Browns… The organization needs to blow up everything and start over. No STRENGTHS, Just the team name itself is the WEAKNESS.’

Ravens – This team took major steps backward with the loss of Ngata, and Torrey Smith. Justin Forsett looks to be a real threat but can he stay healthy a full season? The recent cut of Pierce may come back to hunt a team that lost all three running backs at one point last season. I know everyone expects the Browns to be in the cellar but ask yourself a

question “How could a team that bare at every position go 7-9?” That team that was a complete mess offensively last season. But there is hope, because any addition on offense makes this team better and if Mr. Rehab is able to show anything, they can push pass the Ravens.

Andrew Luck is truly one of the future stars of this league. He takes a ton of risks, much to my chagrin, but one can not ignore multiple division crowns and getting deeper into the playoffs each year. He has to be doing something right amidst the plethora of interceptions that he throws, he must be doing something right to step into the league with 33 wins in his first three years.

The Colts will only go where Andrew Luck can lead them. Andrew Luck has all the tools you want in a Quarterback, the team just need to keep feeding him weapons. (WEAKNESS): The Colts running game is definitely a weakness. The colts gave the Cleveland Browns a 1st round pick for Trent Richardson who currently is a bust. That’s a position that will need to be address in the offseason or the NFL Draft.

With a little competition from the Texans, the Colts still Usain Bolt’d (don’t front, the word sick) this race. It’s simply addition by subtraction. You’ve added a player from your rival’s roster and they have placed themselves at a deficit at the position. This Colts team was always a RB away from being

talented. However, they guys they have aren’t the answer. I love Ahmad Bradshaw. I believe that he carried the Giants to those titles. When Eli was in a slump, Bradshaw was hurt. Miraculously as soon as Bradshaw returned, Eli was back to being a killer. Since he has left, Eli has been ranged from horrible to ok. Can this guy stay healthy though? I expect nothing from Gore because he couldn’t get it done with the best run blocking OL in the game. He’s more spent than a dollar bill earned at King of Diamonds. The Colts would be wise to add to this duo by drafting Gurley after a trade back from the 1st into the 2nd round to acquire and extra 4th rounder. At best Gurley plays this season and displays his talent, At worst, he sits a year and recover.

Best team:

AFC South - Colts

Jaguars -Their entire existence is a weakness. They fight hard in the first quarter and make you think oh, we might try to win, only to lose. Pathetically. I have no idea how Blake Bortles went in the draft before Teddy Bridgewater, who is proving with every game that he is actually better. I think Julius Thomas will enjoy the money, but miss Peyton and it wont be so “F$#%king EASY” as he said it was when he played against the Jets.

TITANS - Almost forgot this team still exists.

(STRENGTHS): The Titans fan base is the strength of this team because they have patience and still love this team, even though it hasn’t shown the slightest improvement. (WEAKNESS): This team is weak all over. Hey Coach Wisenhunt the fan base would like to know when you will let Running Back bishop Sankey let loose? Hey Coach Wisenhunt, do you trust Quarterback Zach Mettenburger? The organization needs to blow up everything and start over.

No STRENGTHS. Just the team name itself is the WEAKNESS.’

If I could only describe the Jaguars with a meme and no words, it would be the Picard Faceplam. I mean, every time they start to do something right, something else goes wrong. They draft the most prolific statistical WR in college history and I think he took a three hour tour on the SS Minnow because no one knows when he will play again. This team needs to talk up Mariota, White and Cooper and hope that they can get the Jets, Chargers or Eagles to bite. They need multiple picks between this season and next season to fix this mess. They at least have a QB that is not a bust after 1 year. Pick a position, they need help there. I’m hoping for a trade with the Chargers at 17 and they select Melvin Gordon. Along with picking up a 2nd next season and a 3rd and fifth this season. Time to start drafting best player available.

2MW Opinion – The members of 2MW were also split when deciding which team was

worse. In a recent poll 61% of the group voted that the worst team was the Jaguars.

Deep Dive AFC SOUTH

Heading into the draft, the AFC South seems to be primed for another year as one of the most underperforming divisions in the NFL. Taking current rosters into account, there is a clear and obvious front-runner in the division – the Indianapolis Colts. The defending division champions have bolstered their offensive firepower this offseason with the additions of Andre Johnson and Frank Gore, and hope to bolster the play of their offensive line with Todd Herremans. Andrew Luck is cementing himself as an elite quarterback in this league, and the team’s success is largely dependent upon his ability to navigate his offense efficiently. Luckily for Colts fans everywhere, he is one of the best signal callers in the league at doing just that.

Defensively, the addition of Trent Cole should help bolster

a pass rush that needs work. The Colts must address weaknesses throughout the

defense if they hope to compete for a division title, and ultimately a Super Bowl championship. Can they win the battle at

the line of scrimmage in the big games? Can they prove that they are better than the 45-7 drubbing they took at

the hands of the eventual Super Bowl champion Patriots? Look for the Colts to address their defensive front in the

upcoming draft. Adding a productive 3-tech defensive tackle and an interior linebacker or two should shore up

their front seven and go a long way in improving this defense. Let’s face it – the Colts probably are not in danger of relinquishing their AFC South title this season, but if they want to cross that threshold into major contender territory, their defense must prove that it can stop the Tom Brady’s

and Peyton Manning’s consistently. That offense is just fine.

AFC SOUTH

2MWsports.com

Page 18: 2MW NFL Draft Guide 2015

Considering the remaining three teams in the division, I have trouble picking a clear order of talent and potential for success. By a slim margin,

I put the Houston Texans as the team that will offer the greatest challenge to the Colts. In terms of

strengths, the Texans should be a monster defensively. Adding Vince Wilfork to the interior of their defense plays a huge role in JJ Watt’s

success, and if Jadeveon Clowney can reach his potential and stay healthy, this defensive line is hands down the best in football. Look for the Texans

to add another defensive back and an inside linebacker in the draft. Is Brian Cushing going to be healthy? If I’m the Texans, I’m not confident. Offensively, the Texans need to shore up several weaknesses. Is Brian

Hoyer really their answer? His play seemed fine for several stretches in

Cleveland, but can Houston challenge Indy with him under center? The Texans should look to add another QB to create competition between Hoyer and Yates during training camp in the late rounds of the draft. I also think this

offense needs to add another playmaker to account for the loss of Andre Johnson. If the Texans can add a big play receiver to line up opposite of Deandre Hopkins, that will take pressure off of whoever lines up under

center. Ultimately, this is a team that might end up being too vanilla offensively to contend.

AFC SOUTH

2MWsports.com

Page 19: 2MW NFL Draft Guide 2015

The remaining two teams seem to be in line for another year of dwelling at the bottom of the division, and I can’t place one ahead of the other. Alphabetically speaking, let’s consider the

Jacksonville Jaguars first. In recent years, the Jags have been adding talent slowly and surely, and I really do think they will eventually be a consistent team. Just not this season.

Defensively, the Jaguars can actually be a pretty stout unit, and their strength up front creates matchup issues. I like the addition of Skuta from the 49ers, and Jared Odrick adds a mean pass rush to the front four. I think the Jags should look to add a top flight corner in the upcoming draft to add some tenacity and talent to a defensive backfield that must contend with Andrew Luck twice a year. Offensively, we all patiently wait for the verdict to come out on Blake Bortles. If he can reach the level of play that the Jags believe he can, this team has a very high ceiling. However, they desperately need a playmaker offensively. The addition of Julius Thomas can’t be ignored, but will his production fall off without the Surgeon (Peyton Manning. Keep up.) throwing to him? Can Bortles make the throws that Thomas capitalized on in Denver? Bernard Pierce is a great pickup for the Jags’ backfield. The 1-2 punch of Pierce and Toddman should keep defenses off balance and create matchup issues in the short dump off passing game. Look for the Jags to add a big threat receiver in the draft; Amari Cooper or Kevin White instantly makes this offense dangerous. The Jags are thin at receiver, and adding a deep threat that can stretch the field does SO much for this offense. Blake Bortles now has a playmaker. Defenses must now respect the intermediate and deep passing game. Defenses won’t be able to simply double Julius Thomas and force Bortles to make throws to unknown receivers. Add a receiver Jacksonville, and see your success skyrocket.

2 2

Page 20: 2MW NFL Draft Guide 2015

Let me begin with a disclaimer before I dive into the last team. I am a diehard Tennessee Titans fan.

I will do my best to conduct analysis with an honest, objective lens. The Titans have question marks in several key areas. Heading into free agency, their biggest weakness was a lack of a pass rush in their new 3-4 system. The biggest addition thus far might not even be a player, but a coach. The Titans added Dick LeBeau as their defensive coordinator, the maestro of the 3-4 defense. His presence instantly makes the defense better, no matter who is strapping up the pads. During free agency, the Titans added Brian Orakpo and resigned Derrick Morgan, two prototypical 3-4 outside linebackers that make the pass rush threatening. In the middle of the defensive interior, the Titans have perhaps the most underrated defensive tackle/end in the league in Jurrell Casey. In years past, his ability to play the run and pass gave opposing offenses fits, and the Titans hoped to add some help on either side of him, which they were able to accomplish in free agency. Orakpo and Morgan each clock in at 260 pounds, providing tremendous size to the outside linebacker position. This should enable Tennessee to force plays to the interior, where Jurrell Casey and Leonard Williams will be waiting. See I snuck that in? Yes, the Titans should and need to take the BEST PLAYER in this draft class, Leonard Williams. He is a can’t miss prospect at defensive tackle, and as close to a sure thing as there will be for the Titans. Give Dick LeBeau Leonard Williams, and I guarantee this defense gets stout.

The Dallas Cowboys offensive line can inspire songs of hallelujah to any fan of the star. The pickups from the draft in Tyron Smith and Zach Martin have blossomed into a force that most of the league can’t reckon with. Not to dump on Tony Romo, who has been a top ten quarterback despite having top 5 hatred poured on him over the past 3 years. This Offensive Line is the impressive engine that keeps Dallas moving.

Even though the Dallas Cowboys lost their NFL leading rusher DeMarco Murray to the Philadelphia Eagles, Tony Romo, Dez Bryant, Jason Witten and the whole offensive line are still there to keep the team strong during next season. Newly acquired Darren McFadden will not be a 400 carry back like Murray, but he is capable of still being solid for the running back position.

– Eagles – If you had told me at the start of the offseason that the Eagles would trade Shady and come out winners, I would have laughed at you. However, the drop off between Shady and Murray (if there is any) is indiscernible .

Justin Monaco - Based on how last season went and the offensive line growing together for another year, I'd have to take my Cowboys [as the best team]. Romo going into an off season

healthy and at worst the Cowboys draft Murrays replacement in the first 3 rounds. Can't wait to see the help we bring on defense in the draft though.

Every single thing about this team is weak. The name is racist, and the defense to keep it is weak. The QB focused on every single thing but playing

QB. DANGELO HALL IS ACTUALLY THEIR BEST DEFENSIVE PLAYER. …

Everyone on this team is mad and rightfully so. Because the GM who worked on the RGIII trade, literally traded everything … to suck. He Traded any hope of getting a star for cheap for 4 years… for Kel from Keenan and Kel.

Washington would be a great team if the circus would leave there town. Head Coach Jay Gruden and Quarterback RG3 need to work together to get this team rolling, especially when you have talent like Wide Receiver Desean Jackson, Pierre Garcon and Running back Alfred Morris. You cant waste this

type of talent. The weakness on this team is Owner Daniel Snyder,

who loves to spend but ends up with no results. So much was

invested into RG3 and all we seen was a playoff game vs. Seattle Seahawks and a soap opera between the QB and Head Coach.

This team could be better than most people think. They check most of the boxes people look for in a contender; two talented WRs, a pass catching TE, a top 5 RB, and a solid LT. The biggest question is the QB. All the physical tools but his mental makeup is the problem. His mentality is fragile and I don’t think he’ll recuperate the confidence needed to win at

the NFL level. To reach the top of the division, the Skins’ front office has to dedicate themselves to providing RG3 the reassurance he needs. Yet you have to wonder, when has a player who needs to be babied, ever been successful?

Offseason trades/depth. When you have a defensive line that plays as effective as the Seahawks, its often overlooked that their depth drops of at DE when Michael Bennett has to sit on the sidelines. Part of the reason the Patriots beat them in the super bowl is that the team could not put pressure on Tom. Part of that is patriots blocking, the other half is real fatigue. That

and I don’t like Jimmy Graham on this team. He’s a terrible blocker so

when he’s on the field you know they’re running weak side, or throwing it to him. I think his addition actually removes some of the randomness that makes the offense tick.

Coach Carroll, YOU RUN THE BALL WITH BEASTMODE WHEN IT’S THE 1 YARD LINE. The Seahawks defense is still a top 5 with defensive backs Richard Sherman, Earl Thomas, and Kam Chancellor. Don’t forget their front 7 with middle Linebacker Bobby Wagner! LOB will be at it again.

The Wide receiver core is still the weakness on this team. Tight end Jimmy Graham was acquired from this team by trade and should make the passing game better.

Where were you when you learned that one of the five best TEs of all time

was traded for chewed bubble gum and pocket lint? This trade was this generation’s OJ moment. I was stuck to my PC just wondering why? I suggest the bandwagon riders get an early seat upfront, it’s going to get crowded.

2MW Opinion –Needs – A Tight end that can block and a great wide receiver. Look Kearse and Baldwin have played amazingly well. But they don’t have the next Gear that strikes fear into a defensive back. The draft is pretty deep at wide receiver they may be able to find a round 2 Gem to add to the team. But it should be noted, that while Pete Carroll is fantastic at drafting defense.. he has missed the boat on offense. Also the replacement at center for max unger, better be good.

The team is in transition. If the 49ers just lost a great head coach in Jim Harbaugh and replaced him with he is unknown (Tomosula), I could still say that the core of the team is still solid. However, to lose: a hall of fame level linebacker(Patrick Willis), the heir apparent to said line backer (Chris Borland), the lead wide receiver (Crabtree), and the running back who was a tremendous leader in the locker room (Frank Gore) you’re asking a lot

from any team. Some of these losses are mitigated with the free agency pick ups of Reggie Bush and Torrey Smith, but this team really thrived off the strength of its core. Its going to take some time to build that back up.

The Weakness to this team this year surprisingly is the defense. All pro linebacker Patrick Willis and defensive lineman Justin Smith announced there retirement. Middle Line Backer Chris Borland who Played well in place of Patrick Willis (108 tackles, 84 solo, 1 sack) also

announced his retirement. Those are key pieces that are no

longer there for the 49ers. Guys like Aldon Smith, Ahmad

Brooks have to take over the leadership role and make sure the defense gets better.

So you fired your winning head coach? I sense a “Real men of Genius” commercial coming. Two LBs retired on you and the other is a cap gun

away from being in stripes. Your QB has taken steps back in his passing and your running game has moved on to greener pastures. Bush is the ultimate tease. Don’t worry, he’ll be sidelined by ankle injuries or shin splints by November. Truth be told, your offensive line and receivers are getting older and needs an infusion of youth. LG and a replacement for Joe Staley should be a priority. This isn’t the draft to do it in and you need to draft the best CB available. Either Marcus Peters or Trae Waynes should fall to you. In the 2ndround, Samie Coates or Devin Funchess will help set up replacements for the old guys at their positions ( Boldin, Davis)

WEAKNESS OF GREEN BAY The Defense. They do not need to be the legion of Boom, or even as imaginative as a Bill Belichick defense. What they really need to be is better. And if you’re not going to be a shut down defense, then you have to specialize in getting Turn overs. Julius Peppers turned back the clock, but father time is undefeated. This team can not have Peppers continue to be the best Defensive linemen.

As long as Aaron Rogers is on this team, The MVP can compete with anybody (4,381 Yards, 38 TDS QBR 112.2). Losing Randal Cobb to free agency was big, but wide receiver Devante Adams as a rookie (38 receptions, 446 YDS), with any amount of playing time showed he can take over Cobbs role. Jordy Nelson is a stud already (98 receptions

1,519 YDS 13 TDS). With these weapons, don’t be surprised if Aaron Rodgers is in the MVP race next year.

In another close division, the Packers do what the Packers do and that’s win when they shouldn’t. It doesn’t hurt to have the best QB in football on the

field along with some young and talented WRs. The defense has major holes in it but they can all be addressed. Resigning Raji as a safety net would be smart. Guion is facing jail time or suspension for him going all Rich Porter in the offseason. The Packers’ recipe should be simple; sit still at 30 and select the stud linebacker or cornerback that fall to them due to the rush on offensive linemen and wide receivers. The rich get richer.

Bears - Matt Forte, is getting old. Brandon Marshall is gone, and your offense is learning an entirely new system. This means there's at least 4 weeks of the season gone to “learning” the system; you can’t continue to

depend on a player in a position that’s shown steep drop off after 30. I know the defense was bad, but it has definitely shown signs of

life with the young star Kyle Fuller. The free agents may be able to

show up under a John Fox defense.

Bears- JohnFox has a good resume for coaching, He needs to make this team mean again, starting from scratch. With the loss of Brandon Marshall to the Jets, can’t we trust the bears offense to be lethal again.

Vikings - Coming off a 7-9 season with little to no help from Peterson, you would think this would be a team on the rise. While I strongly believe the Vikings to be an improved team, I believe they over reached last season at 7-9. Teddy will take another step forward this season and may put up some decent numbers. However, many of their major weapons have questions marks. Wallace is new and Teddy has had problems completing easy deep passes. Rudolph is one of the best TEs in the league but cannot stay healthy. Patterson was benched last season and no one knows if he gets out of the dog

house this season. Lastly, I believe that Peterson is gone. The only way

that he stays is with the offer of a bigger contract but how much more can you expect to pay a guy coming off a scandal? I expect him traded around the draft or he causes a distraction hurting the team further. Either way, moral is down and the team has just lost its’ best player. The Bears are still a mess but they will lean on their best player, Forte to carry them thanks to John Fox.

2MW Opinion - Josh Shimkus - Vikings are turning into the Raiders. Simply acquiring WRs based on their 40 times. I think they'll be decent, definitely rebuilding a bit. AP most likely gone won't give Teddy the security he would like in the backfield. He'll be relying on Johnson and Patterson a lot to spread the field

This is like picking between going out with an ugly-cute date or a cute-ugly date. Are you winning either way? I’ll pick this by elimination. Tampa Bay is the guy on every reality game show that gets voted off on the first episode; they were never really in it. That leaves, a Saints fire sale, an Atlanta team that is STILL losing for no reason and the Panthers. Everything says it should be the Panthers but I just don’t trust a team that couldn’t find Steve Smith a receiving partner for years. All that’s left is to just spin the bottle at this point and pray she/he’s not ugly. Panthers have a defense, something that any of the remaining teams have. Adding another WR and pass rusher in the draft makes them the Kings of the South.

Cam Newton! Super Cam has done the best with what he has on offense. Kelvin Benjamin and Cam Newton are a great 1-2 punch for the offense. Getting more wide receivers is a must so Cam has other options when Benjamin sees double teams. The Panthers Defense missed Kevin Hardy

last season. The NFL Draft is where this team should rebuild there defense.

I had to pick Carolina as my best team because they won the division. This entire division under performed severely. I was tempted to give it to Atlanta, but then I heard they’re looking at Brian Orakpo and his oft injured self….. Anyway their strength is Cam Newton and that defense. Now Luke Kuechly still had a decent season last year with out hardy, hopefully through free agency he can still find help to keep linemen off of him. And

despite the negative press he gets, you know… Cam newton has

actually improved every year. If he’s finally matured and takes

another step, he might actually be… well… liked in the media… whoa.

WE LET ALL OF OUR DAMN GREAT PLAYERS GO. I see you Michael Bennet…. Tim wright… there were 5 effing former Tampa Bay players in this years Super Bowl. The f$%k is this about!?!?!?! But no, the realest issue with my Buccaneers is that our offense is not even par. The hardest position in football to fill is quarterback. In the past ten years, that question has never been answered. Freeman looked to be a hope, but then we went and hired Greg Schiano and well… things happened…

The offensive and defensive side are not that bad on paper. WR’s Vincent Jackson, Mike Evans, D Linemans Gerald McCoy, Linebacker Lavonte David, there's some good players on this team to compete with anybody. Mike Glenon is the only QB on this team with experience. In my opinion, Jameis Winston should be drafted to be the BUCS Franchise Quarterback.

If you have the number 1 pick in any draft, you are automatically the worst

in your division. All the other teams have a QB and you don’t. I’m crazy and I’m not a GM I know, but, I would offer the Chargers the number 1 pick for Rivers, and exchange their 1st rounder for my 2nd and a 4th. Rivers might leave the Bolts anyway next season and they will have nothing to show. Prior to the deal, I sign him to a contract and pay the man. La'el Collins (OT) would help cement the O line. Adding a power back like Jay Ajayi later in the draft or Karlos Williams as a UDFA would give this team some bite.

Needs – Quarter Back. Look I know we’re taking Jameis Winston. But I think Bryce Petty + a whole bunch of picks would help the team out more. This team is right on the edge. TJ Yeldon from Alabama or a Paul Dawson from TCU can get us cracking in the right path.

Page 31: 2MW NFL Draft Guide 2015

Height: 6-4. Weight: 231. 40 Time: 4.97. Projected Round (2015): No.1 Overall-Pick. Winston is a better quarterback prospect than Cam Newton, Sam Bradford or Matthew Stafford, and the Buccaneers have graded Winston higher than those signal-callers. Unless Winston screws up the pre-draft visits, or gets in some off-the-field trouble, he should be the first pick in the 2015 NFL Draft. At the Combine, Winston ran slow in the 40, but he put on a clinic in the passing on the field. He threw with great accuracy, touch, and precision. His footwork, mechanics, and arm strength were impressive. It was a stellar performance. Sources also said that Winston was tremendous in the team interviews. He was accountable for his off the field issues, addressed them honestly, and blew teams away with his football I.Q. If it weren't for all the off-the-field concerns, Winston would be the hands-down first pick in the 2015 NFL Draft. He is a better pocket passer and is more accurate than Marcus Mariota. However, the possibility of Winston sabotaging his NFL career with off-the-field run-ins is a concern.

Jameis Winston, QB, Florida State

Page 32: 2MW NFL Draft Guide 2015

Marcus Mariota, QB, Oregon

Height: 6-4. Weight: 219. Projected 40 Time: 4.65. Projected Round (2015): Top-10 Pick.

Mariota completed 68 percent of his passes in 2014 for 4,454

yards with 42 touchdowns and four interceptions. On the ground, he totaled 770 yards (5.7 average) with 15 touchdowns. Sources say they don't see Mariota falling in the 2015 NFL Draft as he has graded out far ahead of Blake Bortles, who was last year's No. 3 pick. At the Combine, Mariota put his rare athleticism on display. He ran very fast in the 40 and threw the ball extremely well. He also interviewed well with teams. There was no doubt that Mariota has great physical tools. He has a strong arm, size and excellent mobility. Mariota can make big plays with his feet in terms of taking off and running, or just avoiding sacks to by time. He also throws well on the run. Mariota will have to learn how to work under center for the NFL.

Page 33: 2MW NFL Draft Guide 2015

Garrett Grayson, QB, Colorado State

Height: 6-2. Weight: 215. Projected 40 Time: 4.70. Projected Round (2015): 2-4. ---In speaking with NFL sources, they identified Grayson as a sleeper prospect who has really impressed them. Grayson has a strong arm that can make all the throws. He displays some good accuracy at times, but needs to get more consistent, especially on the deep ball. Grayson has some mobility to make throws on the run. His character receives good marks as he is viewed as a good teammate with leadership skills. Grayson had a solid week of practice at the Senior Bowl and was the best quarterback in Mobile. Grayson completed 65 percent of his passes in 2014 for 4,006 yards with 32 touchdowns and seven interceptions. He threw for over 400 yards in back-to-back games against Boise State and UC Davis. Grayson helped lead a comeback win over Boston College on the road. He had the most efficient passing game of any quarterback in the nation as he completed 18-of-21 passes for 390 yards with five touchdowns against Wyoming. Mariota was the only college quarterback with a higher efficiency rating in 2014.

Page 34: 2MW NFL Draft Guide 2015

Height: 6-1. Weight: 222. Projected 40 Time: 4.45. Projected Round (2015): 1. -Sources from one team 104.5 The Team ESPN RADIO said that they don't see Gurley falling past the middle of the first round in the 2015 NFL Draft. They say he's too talented to fall any further. Another team said they view Gurley more as a late first-rounder or early second-round pick. Throughout his college career, Gurley was utterly dominant and demonstrated a great combination of speed and power. He can run over defenders and break off long runs with a threat to score on almost any carry. Before his injury, Gurley was drawing comparisons to Herschel Walker and Bo Jackson. Gurley averaged 7.4 yards per carry in 2014 on his way to 911 yards with nine touchdowns. He also made 12 receptions for 57 yards. After a suspension, Gurley returned to the field against Auburn and quickly picked up where he left off. Gurley ran for 128 yards on 29 carries with a touchdown. The junior also returned a kickoff for a touchdown, but it was called back on a penalty. Even though Georgia was up 27-7 with five minutes remaining in the fourth quarter, Gurley was still in the game running between the tackles, and while being tackled he tore an ACL, so that ended up being the final game in his collegiate career.

Todd Gurley*, RB, Georgia

Page 35: 2MW NFL Draft Guide 2015

Melvin Gordon*, RB, Wisconsin

Height: 6-1. Weight: 215. 40 Time: 4.52. Projected Round (2015): 1. --At the Combine, Gordon ran a little slower than expected but still produced a quality time. He did well in the field work. Gordon is a play-maker with excellent speed to along with enough size and toughness to be an every-down back. He has excellent cutting ability, vision, patience and balance. Gordon needs development on diagnosing and picking up blitzes, but he was almost consistently dominant in 2014. Gordon ended his 2014 season like he started it: tearing up an SEC defense. He totaled 251 yards on 34 carries with three touchdowns against Auburn. Gordon ran hard all game and left it all on the field. He didn't play like he was trying to protect himself or attempting to avoid injury. Halfway through the year, Gordon became the first back in the nation to cross the 1,000-yard mark. He averaged 7.5 yards per carry in 2014 for 2,587 yards with 29 touchdowns. Gordon caught three passes for 153 yards and three touchdowns, too. His amazing speed had him tied for the FBS record in career average in yards per carry with stellar mark of 8.26 yards per carry after a massive performance versus Bowling Green (13-253). Gordon set the NCAA single-game record in mid-November versus Nebraska with 408 yards on 25 carries with four touchdowns in only three quarters of playing time. It wasn't a perfect game, as Gordon had a couple of fumbles, but he overwhelmed the Cornhuskers in a manner that no back had in the history of the sport.

Page 36: 2MW NFL Draft Guide 2015

Jay Ajayi, RB, Boise State

Height: 6-0. Weight: 221. 40 Time: 4.57. Projected Round (2015): 2-3. ---Ajayi looks like a second-day steal, but he could rise in the final lead up in the 2015 NFL Draft. Ajayi has a superb skill set with power, speed, phenomenal balance and versatility. Ajayi was excellent for Boise State during the 2014 season. He averaged 5.4 yards per carry for 1,689 yards with 25 touchdowns. Through the air, the redshirt junior had 45 receptions for 536 yards and four touchdowns. Ajayi has the speed to break off yards in chunks, while also being athletic and tough. He can pick up yards after contact, but his biggest flaw is ball security. Ajayi puts the ball on the ground too often. That plagued him in 2013 and could be seen again in 2014, although he improved his ability to avoid fumbles. In the 2014 season opener, Ajayi played well against Ole Miss' land-shark defense and matched up well against the Rebels' fast stop unit. He ran for 86 yards on 20 carries while catching 12 passes for 93 yards and a touchdown.

Page 37: 2MW NFL Draft Guide 2015

Top 2 WRs

Kevin White, WR, West Virginia Height: 6-3. Weight: 215. 40 Time: 4.35. Projected Round (2015): Top-16 Pick. ---White was a star of the Combine with a surprisingly fast 40 time. At his size, that speed is very rare. White has a unique combination with size and quickness. He can get separation and can make contested catches with the strength to outfight defensive backs for the ball. For the NFL, White is a future No. 1 receiver who could lead a potent passing attack. He has a unique combination of size and speed. White consistently achieved separation, yet he also made contested catches with the strength to outfight defensive backs for the ball. White can get downfield quickly while beating cornerbacks with his speed and burn defenses for long touchdowns. He's too fast for safeties and corners struggle to run with him as he easily gets separation out of his breaks. White is a deep threat receiver who has the ability to work all levels of the field. Amari Cooper*, WR, Alabama Height: 6-1. Weight: 210. Projected 40 Time: 4.40. Projected Round (2015): Top-16 Pick. ---Cooper is a future No. 1 NFL receiver who clearly has the size/speed combination to present a constant mismatch. The junior had a string of dominant performances in 2014 that showed his great route-running, speed, hands, run-after-the-catch ability and skills to fight for 50-50 balls. Cooper had a number of huge games against the likes of Auburn (13-244-3), Tennessee (9-224-2), and Florida (10-201-3). He amassed 124 receptions for 1,727 yards with 16 touchdowns for the season. Cooper has the speed to get separation with size to outfight defensive backs for the ball. He seems to get overeager at times, and that can lead to some drops, but he is generally reliable. As a prospect, Cooper isn't as elite as Sammy Watkins or A.J. Green. However, Cooper could be a similar level prospect to Odell Beckham Jr., and that means Cooper is a good bet to turn into a future No. 1 and Pro Bowl-caliber wideout.

Page 38: 2MW NFL Draft Guide 2015

Top 2 TEs

Maxx Williams**, TE, Minnesota Height: 6-4. Weight: 249. 40 Time: 4.77. Projected Round (2015): 1-2. --- Not many redshirt sophomores declare for the NFL draft, but Williams made a wise decision to do so as he is the favorite to be the first tight end selected. Williams has good size, natural receiving skills, athleticism and speed. He also has some blocking potential. Williams recorded 36 passes for 569 yards with eight touchdowns during the regular season. He was capable of a lot more production for the Gophers, as he is a real mismatch weapon, but they had a run-based offense. At the Combine, Williams ran much slower than expected and didn't look great in the field drills. Fortunately for him, he doesn't have any competition as the top tight end prospect. 2) Clive Walford, TE, Miami Height: 6-4. Weight: 251. 40 Time: 4.79. Projected Round (2015): 2-3. Like Williams, Walford ran slower than expected in the 40 at the Combine. However, Walford looked pretty good in the field drills. Walford totaled 44 receptions for 676 yards and seven touchdowns in 2014 despite inconsistent quarterback play. Sources say that Walford has soft, natural hands with strength as a blocker, but NFL teams feel that the senior is short on speed and athleticism to be a real receiving threat in the NFL. Walford had a huge week at the Senior Bowl and really helped himself by showing excellent receiving ability.

Page 39: 2MW NFL Draft Guide 2015

Ereck Flowers, OT, Miami

Height: 6-6. Weight: 329. 40 Time: 5.29. Projected Round (2015): Top-25 Pick. ---It wouldn't be surprising if Flowers' stock rises in the lead up to the 2015 NFL Draft as teams spend more time on film study. Scouts tell ESPN RADIO that they feel Flowers could be a stud who turns into a NFL franchise left tackle. He already is a powerful presence in the ground game. Multiple teams told us that they've given Flowers a first-round grade - some put him in the top 20. Flowers had a strong Combine. He led all the offensive linemen with 37 reps. Flowers plays with a lot of power, and his bench press total is even more impressive considering he has long arms (34 1/2 inches). Flowers' 40 time was quick considering he is heavier than most of the top offensive linemen. In the field work, Flowers slid well while showing real power and shock in his hands in the pads drills. He did well in the mirror drill, but needs a little work to stay compact and not get his arms out wide. Flowers is only 20 years old and is full of potential. Flowers finishes plays really well and has a mean streak. The only thing that might keep him from being a top-10 pick is bending. Some times he does more waist bending rather than knee bending, which NFL teams prefer. However, that often comes with the territory of a big blocker. Flowers put together an excellent 2014 season. The junior demonstrated excellent feet, quickness, length and agility to block on the blind side. In the ground game, Flowers opened a lot of holes for Duke Johnson. Flowers even played well while dealing with a recurring knee injury from a torn meniscus. That knocked him out against North Carolina, but he came back quickly to play well against Florida State. Flowers was absolutely dominant against South Carolina to conclude his 2014 season. He illustrated his tremendous skill set as he was rock solid in pass protection and moved defenders in the ground game.

Page 40: 2MW NFL Draft Guide 2015

Andrus Peat, OT, Stanford

Height: 6-7. Weight: 313. 40 Time: 5.18. Projected Round (2015): 1. ---Generally, Peat is a reliable in pass protection and solid in run blocking. He needs to improve his knee bend as he can get caught reaching too much. Still, Peat has excellent size, length and athleticism. He also has a strong lower body built to get movement at the point of attack. He had a good performance at the Combine. Peat was impressive against Maryland to close out the season. The Terrapins have some fast edge rushers who gave Iowa left tackle Brandon Scherff a lot of problems, so it speaks well of Peat that he was able to impress against Maryland. Peat did well in his matchup with talented defensive end Owa Odighizuwa in closing out the regular season against UCLA. However, Peat had some issues with penalties. Against Oregon, Peat was challenged more in pass protection and allowed some defenders to get upfield, but he didn't give up a sack. Peat did also well in the ground game. In pass protection against Notre Dame, he didn't have issues with the Fighting Irish's defensive ends. Peat showed his athleticism and quickness on a few plays. Peat's game against Washington was similar to his performance against USC. Overall it was good, but he had a few plays where Huskies outside linebacker Hau'Oli Kikaha gave him problems. Generally, Peat won his blocks. He had a good game against USC in Week 2 and did well in his plays against Leonard Williams and was generally rock solid. However, Peat had a mental mistake on Stanford's last play that led to a sack-fumble for the Trojans to clinch their win.

Page 41: 2MW NFL Draft Guide 2015

Brandon Scherff, G, Iowa

Height: 6-5. Weight: 319. 40 Time: 5.26. Projected Round (2015): Top 25. For the NFL, Scherff fits as a guard, maybe a right tackle. He was strong and athletic at the Combine to solidify his stock as a top-25 pick. Sources also said that Scherff interviewed well. He has short arms (33 3/8 inches) and doesn't have the feet for left tackle. Scherff was a tough run-blocker throughout 2014, but there still remain questions about his ability to handle NFL-caliber speed rushers. Scherff looks a little stiff for defending speed rushers. He could be a stud at guard. Overall, Scherff was solid against Tennessee in Iowa's bowl game. Volunteers freshman defensive end Derek Barnett beat Scherff on a few plays, but didn't record a sack against Scherff. Scherff was cruising along in 2014 until a horrible outing against Maryland. He allowed pressure on the quarterback throughout that contest. Scherff was beaten for one sack, but easily could have allowed another handful. He struggled with speed rushes and also was run over in some bull rushes. It was bad tape that could indicate that Scherff should maybe move to right tackle or guard in the NFL. However, he is pretty quick with the ability to fire to blocks on the second level, so perhaps his problems can be fixed with coaching.

Page 42: 2MW NFL Draft Guide 2015

La'el Collins, G/OT, LSU

Height: 6-4. Weight: 305. 40 Time: 5.12. Projected Round (2015): 1-3. Collins was decent for LSU in 2014 as both a reliable pass-protector and run-blocker. He has some vocal supporters who claim he's a top-10 pick, but some of his critics think he should play guard or right tackle in the NFL. In speaking with multiple NFL teams, one says Collins has a second-round grade and views him as a guard. Another feels Collins can be a very good guard who plays right away and possibly develops into a tackle, while a third team feels Collins is a right tackle who could go late in the first round, but more likely in the second round. They all feel he needs to improve his technique. Collins helped his chances of going in the first round by playing well at the Senior Bowl and showing athletic ability at the Combine. When properly motivated, Collins has the ability to be a special blocker. LSU destroyed Kentucky while Collins did his part to keep Wildcats defensive end Bud Dupree from recording a sack.

Page 43: 2MW NFL Draft Guide 2015

Leonard Williams, DE/DT, USC

Height: 6-5. Weight: 300. Projected 40 Time: 4.91. Projected Round (2015): Top-10. ---At the Combine, Williams solidified his standing as the top defensive lineman for the 2015 NFL Draft. He ran well in the 40 and looked good in the field drills. Williams would fit a 3-4 or 4-3 defense in the NFL. He would be an excellent five-technique for the former since he has strength and length to set the edge while also being able to rush the passer. Williams could play three-technique defensive tackle in a 4-3 or be a power left end who moves inside to tackle in passing situations. Really, Williams can be lined up anywhere on the defensive line. With his combination of speed and strength, Williams looks like a first-day NFL starter. He is very strong to shed blocks and is fast off the snap. Williams consistently blows by tackles or guards on the pass rush. He is well suited for left defensive end as he gives right tackles a lot of problems. Williams is generally a tough mismatch against all offensive linemen. He is too strong for most left tackles and too fast for right tackles or interior linemen. Off the snap, Williams has a fast burst to fire his gap and achieve penetration into the backfield. In the ground game, Williams can burst into the backfield to blow up runs and can hold his ground at the point of attack. However, there are areas that Williams can improve. He gets in trouble when he stands up too high, which allows offensive linemen to get under his pads and push him back when they run downhill at him. Williams also had some quiet games where he seemed to disappear in stretches. Williams totaled 80 tackles, seven sacks, 8.5 tackles for a loss, one interception, three forced fumbles and three passes batted in 2014.

Page 44: 2MW NFL Draft Guide 2015

Dante Fowler Jr., DE/OLB, Florida

Height: 6-3. Weight: 261. Projected 40 Time: 4.60. Projected Round (2015): 1. ---Fowler put together an excellent Combine. He ran well with a 4.61-second time in the 40-yard dash, plus recorded one of the fastest times in the first 10 yards of any front seven defender at 1.59 seconds. In the field drills, Fowler showed he had quick feet and athleticism. Sources say they were impressed with Fowler in the meetings and he has good leadership and character. For the NFL, Fowler looks like he has the potential to become a double-digit sack-artist. Fowler is very fast and athletic off the edge. He beats tackles around the corner with his speed and can dart back to the inside or use a spin move. Fowler also is tough. He has some shock to his hands and uses them to shed blocks and bull rush effectively on occasion. Fowler is a versatile edge rusher who can rush standing up, putting his hand in the ground, or moving over the interior linemen. Florida moved him all over the front seven, and he was tough for offensive linemen to block. Fowler is physical with blockers while being a violent hitter at times. Routinely, he would put quarterbacks and running backs into the turf hard while showing the ability to make some momentum changing plays. Fowler can get the job done in the ground game as well. He is strong and does well in pursuit, though he could use more power to shed blocks and hold his ground when runs come downhill straight at him. Fowler racked up 60 tackles, 8.5 sacks, 15 tackles for a loss, one pass broken up and a forced fumble in 2014. He fought his tail off versus LSU, recording 11 tackles with a sack. Fowler also should have drawn some holding and face-mask calls going against LSU left tackle La'el Collins, but the officials were terrible. Fowler had six tackles, two tackles for a loss and a sack against Kentucky. He caused a lot of havoc for Kentucky and was very impressive. Fowler nailed the quarterback for a sack and had a good game against Tennessee. He gave the Volunteers right and left tackle a lot of problems. Against Alabama, Fowler had some issues in run defense, but also forced a fumble and caused some disruption in the backfield.

Landon Collins, S, Alabama

Height: 6-0. Weight: 222. Projected 40 Time: 4.61. Projected Round (2015): 1-2. Collins had 103 tackles with seven passes broken up and three interceptions in 2014. Sources say that for the NFL, he is a strong safety type who will do well playing in the tackle box. Collins is not a deep free safety who can cover receivers or tight ends in man coverage. That could hurt him on draft day. Collins had a mixed game against Auburn as he was beaten for some pass receptions, including a long one to Sammie Coates. This performance just served to confirm that Collins is a strong safety for the NFL. He had nine tackles and a pass broken up in the Iron Bowl. Against Ole Miss, Collins was picked on and burned for two touchdowns, but it should have been worse as he was all but beaten for another long touchdown by a tight end who dropped the pass. Collins had a lot of trouble in pass coverage versus the Rebels, and that tape will cause NFL teams to question whether he has the coverage skills to run with receiving tight ends and backs out of the backfield. Taking on Arkansas, Collins made a game-clinching interception on a pass thrown up for grabs. He totaled eight tackles with a tackle for a loss, two passes broken up and the interception. Collins had a great game against Florida with five tackles along with an interception and two passes broken up.

Gerod Holliman, S, Louisville

Height: 6-2. Weight: 213. Projected 40 Time: 4.63. Projected Round (2015): 2-3. -----Holliman enjoyed a massive 2014 season for the Cardinals. Replacing Calin Pryor, Holliman was one of the breakout players in college football. He led the nation with 14 interceptions. The redshirt sophomore also had 40 tackles with three passes broken up. Holliman had an excellent game against Florida State with two interceptions. He also had two picks against Virginia and Florida International. Holliman returned the one against Florida International for a touchdown. He has both size and instincts, but has to get better at tackling and providing more stable support in the ground game. Holliman was a backup to Calvin Pryor in 2013 as he totaled 16 tackles with three pass breakups. In 2012, Holliman played in three games as a true freshman before a season-ending shoulder injury. Holliman received a medical hardship for the season.

Top 2 Full backs

Jalston Fowler, FB, Alabama Height: 5-11. Weight: 254. 40 Time: 4.94. Projected Round (2015): 5-7. ------Fowler blocked really well for Alabama's talented running backs in 2014. The senior also had 11 catches for 129 yards and two touchdowns, along with 12 carries for 69 yards. Fowler looks to be worthy of a Day-3 pick with the potential to be a starting fullback and special teams contributor in the NFL. He had a good week at the Senior Bowl and showed that he's ready to compete immediately. While Fowler didn't run fast at the Combine, he looked athletic in the field drills as a runner and receiver.

2) Connor Neighbors, FB, LSU Height: 5-10. Weight: 242. Projected 40 Time: 4.89. Projected Round (2015): 6-FA. ----Neighbors was a good blocker for LSU. He didn't contribute as a runner, but helped open up holes for his backs. Neighbors made four receptions for 27 yards in 2014. He recorded seven receptions for 92 yards the year before. Neighbors participated at the Senior Bowl, but that didn't help or hurt his stock significantly. He didn't participate in the Combine.

Justin Manton, K, Louisiana Monroe Height: 6-2. Weight: 196. Projected Round (2015): 5-7. -----Manton played at the Senior Bowl after being the kicker and the punter for the Warhawks. He averaged 42 yards per punt in 2014 with his best mark of 46 yards per punt in 2013. As a place kicker, Manton was 20-of-24 on field goal attempts, including 2-for-2 at 50+ and 3-of-5 in the 40-yard range.

Michael Hunnicutt, K, Oklahoma Height: 6-1. Weight: 180. Projected Round (2015): 6-FA. -----In 2014, Hunnicutt was 13-of-18 with a long of 44 yards. He missed field goals from 32 and 19 yards in Oklahoma's one-point loss to Kansas State.

Top 2 Punters

Kyle Christy, P, Florida Height: 6-2. Weight: 199. Projected Round (2015): 5-7. ----Christy was back to his old form and booming the ball in 2014. He averaged 44.3 yards per punt with a long of 66.

Kyle Loomis, P, Portland State Height: 6-2. Weight: 230. Projected Round (2015): 5-7. ----Loomis averaged 46 yards per punt as a senior with a long of 65. He had an average of 47 yards as a sophomore. Some feel that Loomis is the best punter in the 2015 NFL Draft.
