#2 - 2nd Chair is vital to help top leader achieve the overall mission and goals. The role of great second chair leader is of high value, and need by most visionary and to tier leaders.
#3 - 2nd Chair amplifies the leaders vision. A key role is to champion or echo the CEO or chairman’s grand dream. To have a top leader agree and cheer it on is critical to mission success.
#4 - 2nd Chair fills leadership gaps A great 2nd chair will gifts, qualities, emotional traits that fill in where the lead Pastor, or President lacks because of their mission focus.

#7 - 2nd Chair have earned highest trust level. Every leader needs a private sounding board, someone they can trust with their deep thoughts, struggles, crazy idea. This is sacred trusted role.
#8 - 2nd Chair are team builders Vision may come from the lead, but the actual glue and health construction and running of teams is a great “Number One”.
