ISOLTUBEXThe company was founded in 2002 with the aim of distributing products imported from other countries, products related with plumbing and heating systems, mainly MULTILA-YER PIPES, CROSSLINKED POLYEHTILENE and its FITTINGS.

The company was founded in 2002 with the aim of distributing products imported from other countries, products related with plumbing and heating systems, mainly MULTILAYER PIPES, CROSSLINKED POLYEHTILENE and its FITTINGS.In 2007 we took the decision to create a production plant in our installations in NAQUERA and FOYOS (Valencia), this project was executed during 2008.

During the year 2009, we have obtained the QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM CERTIFICATE, UNE-EN-ISO 9001:2008 and THE CORRESPONDING CERTIFICATE IQ NET for the production of the multilayer pipe (PERT-AL-PERT), PERT and PERTE-VOH for cold and hot water installations and heating by radiators and underfloor heating installations issued by the SPANISH ASSOCIATION OF NORMALIZATION AND CERTIFICATION “AENOR”.

On 23th July 2009, the SPANISH ASSOCIATION OF NORMALIZATION AND CERTIFICATION “AENOR”, has granted the PRODUCT CERTIFICATE for the manufacturing of the MULTILAYER pipes, according the norm UNE 53960.On 21th May 2012, the SPANISH ASSOCIATION OF NORMALIZATION AND CERTIFICATION “AENOR”, has granted the CERTIFICATE for manufacturing PE-RT pipes( polyethylene resistant to temperature), according the norm UNE-EN ISO 22391.

On 3th December 2012, the SPANISH ASSOCIATION OF NORMALIZATION AND CERTIFICATION “AENOR”, has gran-ted the CERTIFICATION OF THE MULTILAYER SYSTEM ( Multilayer pipe + Press-fittings), according the Norm UNE-EN ISO 21003.

On 19th December 2012, the SPANISH ASSOCIATION OF NORMALIZATION AND CERTIFICATION “AENOR”, has granted the CERTIFICATION OF THE I-PERT SYSTEM ( PE-RT pipe and press-fittings), according the norm UNE-EN ISO 22391On 28th February 2013, the SPANISH ASSOCIATION OF NORMALIZATION AND CERTIFICATION “AENOR”, has gran-ted the CERTIFICATE FOR MANUFACTURING PE-RT EVOH pipes for underfloor heating installations, according the norm UNE-EN ISO 22391

The production capacity foreseen on 2016 will be aprox. 40.000.000 meters of all our range of pipes..We export at present to: Portugal, France, England, Poland, Romania, Morroco, Argelia, Italy and Chile.We have always considered that the most important is the quality, service and Price, for this reason we have big stocks in our warehouses. UNDERFLOORHEATING SYSTEM

The temperature uniform distribution within the domestic and work environments creates a sense of physical well-be-ing, allowing to obtain the optimum values for the peopele comfort.

THE UNDERFLOOR HEATING IS SYNONYMOUS OF COMFORT:

CLEAN AND HEALTHY

The low temperatures at which operates the underfloor heating system avoid the air convective currents that can cause dryness and irritation sensation in the throat, and often are the cause of allergic phenomenon, proving to be a much healthier system.

Being the installation placed under the floor, the system is invisible and therefore without being conditioned to pla-cing static and permanent transmitters and thus to have the entire free space for furniture and opens the door to all the possibilities of architecture, interior decoration and the free choice of flooring.

EFFICIENT AND ENERGY SAVING

Taking into account the high emission surface, these sys-tems can operate at low temperature and therefore with lower thermal losses, providing a significant energy sa-vings. System power between other energy sources can be done easily with heat pumps, condensation boilers or solar panels, achieving reach overall yields unthinkable with traditional systems (radiators and convectors)

Description:

System of new generation that allows to install in a quick way a heating installation of distribution by zones. This system is composed by:1) Distribution groups of high and low temperature, for underfloor heatings and radiators and accumulators of sanitary hot water.2) Hydraulic separator3) Distribution collector

COMBI MIX is a compact modular group which function consists in carrying the temperature of the primary circuit from the boiler to the suitable temperature value for the distribution of the circuits of underfloor heating.Main characteristics of the COMBI MIX system:

1) Modular system: Ease of installation through rotary nipples to the collector for the distribution to underfloor hea-ting, assembled between axles to 200mm. Ease installation of the high temperature collector allowing to place the collector in horizontal or vertical position.

2) Compact system:The system COMBI MIX is a product of reduced dimensions which can be installed into a co-llector metallic box with 120mm depth. It can be incorporated pumps of length 180mm.

3) Mixing group: COMBI MIX is a mixing and distribution group characterized by a 2 ways valve in the inlet that regulate the water temperature from the primary circuit to keep in the inlet to the underfloor heating the temperature assigned, and a by-pass of secondary balanced that allows the water mixing from the primary with the return of the underfloor heating, ensuring a high recirculation flow. The bypass allows the balanced of the loading loss of the primary circuit ( boiler + motorized valve) with the secondary ( underfloor heating circuit).

4) Version with regulation to fixed point with thermostatic head.

Today the technological investigation has solved definitively the uncertainty on the election of metallic pipes or plastic matters for the facilities of plumbing and heating systems with the creation of a pipe able to join the advantages of both materials, the result has been multilayer pipes ISOLTUBEX.

The multilayer pipe ISOLTUBEX has been the result of a modern constructive technique that has allowed the perfect union of an aluminum pipe with two pipes of polyethylene ; such solution reduces decisively the problems of the exclusively metallic pipes (rigidity, toxicity, corrosion, incrustations, weight, noise transmissions , pressure loss, galvanic currents, etc.), or of the pipes exclusively of plastic ( winter fragility, high thermal dilatation, permeability to the oxygen, permeability to the ultraviolet rays, thermal memory, little or null malleability, etc.). Our multilayer pipes ISOLTUBEX gets the advantages of the two materials, joined by reciprocal collaboration.

Our pipes are manufactured according the norm UNE-EN-ISO-21003 and respect dimensions according the norm IS0-161.

PRESS FITTINGS FOR MULTILAYER PIPES

CHARACTERISTICS

The press fittings ISOLTUBEX ® has been designed until Ø 63, developed with the will of obtaining the maximum resistance benefits and security in the hydraulic or heating facilities. The operation of joining a press fitting ISOLTUBEX® with Multilayer pipe ISOLTUBEX must be necessarily carried out with an electric press that deforming the stainless steel ring(AISI 304) it will be, irreversibly joined the tube with the fitting.

Our fittings are manufactured with brass of high quality; CW617N, according the norm UNE-EN-1254.

The inspection holes located in an extreme of the stainless steel ring, they allow to check that indeed the tube has been inser-ted until the end of the fitting and that it has been in contact with the anti-electrolysis plastic joint whose function is to preserve the aluminium of eventual galvanic currents in all the facilities where you use the system ISOLTUBEX®. Both o-ring seal, they assure a perfect watertightness in the hydraulic or heating installations.

Before initiating the assembly you must verify that the tubes are not broken, dubbings or apparently not apt for the installation. Also you must verify that the fittings also are clean, with all its components and they do not present any anomaly or lack of quality.

VERY IMPORTANT: The use of damaged pipe and/or fittings, in bad condition or in storage or maintenance conditions unsui-table for its installation, excludes warranty.

Cut the pipe perpendicularly to its length, using for it a tool that guarantees a clean and precise cut.

When you want to get a curve very closed, it is advisable to use internal or external spring, adaptable to the diameter of the pipe that we are going to curve.

It is obligatory to insert the reamer ref. AE inside the pipe, being done to turn until filing the inner edge of the pipe. Such operation it is indispensable to facilitate the insertion of the pipe in the fitting and to avoid that the o-ring seal can be damaged.

Lubricate the part of the fitting that is inserted. Lubricant ref. L-400

Insert the stainless steel ring in the pipe, in the position which the orifices of inspection are situated in the end of the pipe.

The fitting must be introduced into the pipe until its base so that the stainless steel ring is joined to the electrolysis plastic joint of the fitting.

Position the pliers, of the corresponding measurement to the pipe, in the stainless steel ring, the most next possible to the electrolysis plastic joint.

USE JAWS RFz and RFIz for the dimensions 16x2, 20x2,25x2.5,32x3 and 40x4USE JAWS U for the dimensions 18x2, 50x4.5 and 63x6

ATTENTION: ISOLTUBEX is not responsible for any problems that may arise from the improper use of jaws or in bad conditions.

Proceed to the pressed one: it is very important to use electrical presses, which guarantee a effort of 32 KN/cm2. It is recommendable to use only accredited tools.Remember, the machines and the jaws have a limited life, it verifies that your press equipment is in perfect state of operation, and that the jaws have not undergone wearing out by the use.Carried out the pressed one, it retires the pliers, the union already has been carried out.Consult the technical manual of your machine and jaws. Follow the manu-facturer instructions.

Cut the pipe perpendicularly to its length, using for it a tool that gua-rantees a clean and precise cut.

It is mandatory to insert the calibrator/reamer ref. AE (see page 59) into the interior of the pipe, turning it until to file down the inner and outer edge of the pipe. Such operation is indispensable to facilitate the insertion of the accessory into the pipe and to prevent the o-rings could be damaged, or displaced of its place.

Our Pex-a pipes are manufactured with high quality polyethylene and crosslinked by PEROXIDE system and they are manufactured according the norm EN-ISO 15875.Specially recommended for plumbing and heating installations.

Quick installation; our fittings are specially designed to guarantee the “ISOLPEX® SYSTEM” sure and reliable.Minimum pressure loss; the inner walls of our PEX-a pipes are extremely smooth, so the fluid friction is very lower than the metallic pipes.

Polyethylene resistant to temperature (PE-RT)

Our I-PERT pipes are manufactured using PERT (polyethylene resistant to temperature) according the norm UNE-EN-ISO 22391 and they are destinated to be used in cold and hot water installations in the interior of the inhabited buildings.PERT (polyethylene resistant to temperature): The polymer resin used for the manufacture of our pipes is composed by a copolymer of ethylene and octene of last generation that provides to the pipe an increasing of its hydrostatic long-term resistance. The use of PE-RT (polyethylene resistant to temperature) in the pipes also provides the following properties:Resistance to corrosion: The fact to manufacture the pipe with PE-RT( polyethylene resistant to temperature) , it contributes a great resistance to corrosion, so much opposite to the external factors ( protection of the environment, contact with building materials, etc) as internal factors caused by corrosive water.

Roughness: The low coefficient of roughness that presents the pipe(0.0004mm), reduces the load loss in the installation achieving a reduction of the pumping costs of the fluids transported in the same one. Also it helps to reduce the formation of incrustations.

Environment: The pipes manufactured by PE-RT (polyethylene resistant to temperature) are recyclable.

PRESS-FITTING FOR PEX PIPE (Crosslinked Polyethilene) andy PE-RT PIPE ( Polyethilene resistant to temperature)

Characteristics

The pressfitting® Isoltubex for PEX and PE-RT(Polyethylene resistant to temperature) pipes has been designed until 32mm, and they are developed with the will of obtaining the maximum resistance and security benefits in the hydraulic or heating installations.

The joining operation a PRESS FITTTING with a PEX or PE-RT(Polyethylene resistant to temperature) pipe must be necessarily carried out with an electric press which guarantee a pushing force of 32 Kn/cm2 and adopts pliers type “RFz” and “RFIz” that deforming stainless steel ring (AISI - 304) it will be joined pipe and fitting irreversibly.

Our fittings are manufactured with brass of first quality CW617N according the norm UNE-EN-1254

The inspection holes located in an extreme of the stainless steel ring, they allow to check that indeed the tube has been inser-ted until the end of the fitting.The range of our PRESS FITTING is very complete (Ø 16 until Ø 32). The ISOLTUBEX® PRESS-FITTINGS are designed to build together with our PEX pipes, the ISOLPEX system ,and with our PE-RT(Polyethylene resistant to temperature) pipes, the I-PERT system.

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS FOR I-PERT SYSTEM

Before initiating the assembly you must verify that the tubes are not broken, dubbings or apparently not apt for the installa-tion. Also you must verify that the fittings also are clean, with all its components and they do not present any anomaly or lack of quality.

Cut the pipe perpendicularly to its length, using for it a tool that guarantees a clean and precise cut..

Insert the stainless steel ring in the pipe, in the position which the orifices of inspection are situated in the end of the pipe.

The fitting must be introduced into the pipe until its base so that the stainless steel ring is joined to the electrolysis plastic joint of the fitting.

Position the pliers, of the corresponding measurement to the pipe, in the stainless steel ring, the most next possible to the electrolysis plastic joint.

USE JAWS RFz and RFIz

ATTENTION: ISOLTUBEX is not responsible for any problems that may arise from the improper use of jaws or in bad conditions.

Proceed to the pressed one: it is very important to use electrical presses, which guarantee a effort of 32 KN/cm2. It is recommendable to use only accredited tools.Remember, the machines and the jaws have a limited life, it verifies that your press equipment is in perfect state of operation, and that the jaws have not undergone wearing out by the use.Carried out the pressed one, it retires the pliers, the union already has been carried out.Consult the technical manual of your machine and jaws. Follow the manufacturer instructions.

ISOLTHERM SYSTEM- POLYPROPYLENE PIPES

(PPR)

The polypropylene PP-R, used for the Isoltherm system, is a particular class of random copolymer of high molecular weight. The quality of the raw material and the rigorous manufactured process, ensure to the ISOLTHERM products a high mechanical resistance and long duration in the time. The light weight of the material facilitates the work and our complet range allow to make the installations with an important time saving compared with installations made with materials and tradicional systems.

Here below we detail the most important advantages of the ISOLTHERM system.

ABSENCE OF CORROSION: The PP-R pipes resist any type of water hardness and can support chemical substances with PH values between 1 and 14. It means great resistance against the acid or alkaline substances within of a great concentration range and temperature.

ABSENCE OF INCRUSTATIONS:The pipes inner walls, perfectly smooth, avoid the incrustations

LOW THERMAL DISPERSION:The PP-R as all the plastic material is a bad heat conductor, and therefore it means low thermal dispersion with the consequent energy saving.

FROST RESISTANCE:Due to the elasticity of the ISOLTHERM System, in case of freezing the pipe increases its section, assuming the volume increasing of frozen liquid in its interior.

SUITABLE IN AREAS OF SEISMIC DANGER:It exists agreement between the international experts in respect of the plastic materials are not rigid materials in the interior of the building structures.

ELECTROLYSIS RESISTANCE:The polypropylene as the most of the plastics is a bad electric conductor and in consequence, it will not happen any perforations in the pipe and fittings caused by electrolysis.

LESS LOADING LOSSES:The Isoltherm pipes due to its extraordinary smooth surface and exempt of incrustations, they will experience a less loading loss.

LESS NOISY INSTALLATIONS:The elasticity and sound absorbency of the polypropylene, avoid the noise spread and the vibrations due to the water flow and water hammers.

TIME DURATION:More than 50 years according to the temperature and pressure.

ABRASION RESISTANCE:The good resistance to the abrasion of the ISOLTHERM system allows a high water flow speed without suffering any erosion.

SHORT TIME INSTALLATION:One of the most relevants characteristics of the ISOLTHERM system is the union of all the elements by thermofusion. It is a safe method, easy installation and fast compared with the tradicional products.

• Itshouldbeavoidedblowsandexcessiveloadsinworkingconditionsequalorinferiorto0ºC.Inthesameway you have to avoid the installation of pipes with incisions or clear breaks.

• Beforetocovertheinstallation,verifyalwaystheinstallationwithpressurizedwater.

RECOMMENDATIONS• Cutthepipeperpendicularlywithasuitablescissorandmakeagoodcleaningbeforeproceedingthepolyfusion

• Checkthatthepolyfusionmachinereachestherightworkingtemperature.

• Insertatthesametimeandwithalightpressure,thepipeandfittinginthematrixoftherightdiameter.

• Inthemomentofthefusionyouhavetokeepperpendiculartheweldertothepipeandfittingtoavoidpartial fusions.

• Afterthefusionisrecommendablenottoturnthepipeandfittingsmorethan20ºC.

• Avoidabsolutely toconnect to the femaleconnectionscastingconicalcapsorcylindrical threadsnotcalibrated. To keep the watertightness in the threaded connections we advise to use TPFE. If it used hemp rope, it must be done carefully and only in the indispensable quantity.

• Usewaterlevellerstoletthewaterpointslevelledtotheexactdistance.

• DuringtheweldingoperationsforthediameterssuperiortoØ32isconvenienttoavoidtheairflows,toprevent tensions in the welding. However if the temperature is very low , it is advisable the using of electric sockets.

FASER PIPESThe ISOLTHERM FASER pipes are the result of a large experience in the manufacturing of PP-R pipes that has given rise to one of the most modern and advance technologically pipes in the present market.The reasons which motivated to the manufacturers to create ISOLTHERM FASER pipes were to find a pipe that could signi-ficantly decrease the dilatations and simultaneously simplify the welding process, achieving a reduction of the installation times with the consequent cost savings

ADVANTAGES OF THE FASER PIPE

In general it is considered that the ISOLTHERM FASER pipes dilate between 7 and 8 times less than a PP-R conventional pipe.The dilatation control of the ISOLTHERM FASER pipe is performed from the centre of its own mass, through the contribution of micro-particles of fibreglass meted in the own PP-R material. In this way it is controlled the dilatation from the same pipe wall centre, with the additional advantage that in this way are avoided not desired tensions.

FASER PIPE

The intermediate layer with the fibreglass compound is fused with the inner and outer layer pipe of the PP-R material.Other advantages of the ISOLTHERM FASER pipe is the effective flow increasing of the pipe by the reduction of the wall thickness and the weight pipe reduction, facilitating its handling. Finally, a low dilatation coefficient , allows to expand the distance between the clamps, reducing the installation time and costs.

INSTALLATION CRITERIA. THERMAL DILATATION

For the installation of ISOLTHERM FASER pipes not built-in is necessary take in consideration that it will happen a longi-tudinal dilatation which will be in function of the liquids temperature and thermal dilatation coefficient of the pipe.

The linear coefficient of thermal dilatation is Ɛt = 1,5 xThe longitudinal dilatation can be calculated in simplified manner with the following formula:

For the FASER pipes the thermal dilatation coefficient can be estimated in: 0,35 mm/m x ºC Ɛt= 0,35 x 10^-4

with the datas of this example and using a ISOLTHERM FASER pipe, the longitudinal dilatation is: DL= 0,035 mm/m x 40ºC x 25 m = 35mm

As can be deducted from the comparison of the results, the thermal dilatation generated in polypropylene pipes with mechanical stabilization through the fibreglass (FASER) is approximately 7-8 times less than the generated in polypropylenes pipes not stabilized.

GUARANTEE ISOLTUBEX ESPAÑA, S.L. guarantee the quality of their products by a Civil Liability Insurance, signed with a insuring company with an inter-

national presence, against any manufacturing defect, during the first 5 years from the production date, being covered the possible damages caused exclusively

by this reason.

The guarantee only will be applicable in the following cases:

Products that present manufacturing defects, provided that they have not been previously manipulated improperly.

Products( pipe and fittings) which has been originally manufactured and/or distributed by the brand ISOLTUBEX ESPAÑA, S.L. or they have been marked with

the logo or the name of our company.

The guarantee is not applicable when concurs any of the following circumstances:

When the installation of our products are done in a wrong way or when mixed with other materials which are not from us.

By the use of damaged materials prior to the installation.

By not observing the recommended assembly instructions. (see pages: 30, 44, 55 and 67).

By the lack of collaboration or obstruction by the client in the inspection and /or revision works of the products (installed or not) to be made by the technician

designated by ISOLTUBEX ESPAÑA, S.L.

ISOLTUBEX ESPAÑA, S.L. is not responsible by the installation defects or improper storage, as well as negligence in the conservation of the products.

Our company will designate a technician who will make the examination of the materials and will rule respect the causes or motives of the claim, communicating

in its case, to the Insurance Company which one we have signed a Civil Liability Insurance; in this case, the client can designate a technician to be present in

the realization of the opportune verifications and contributes to the definitive decision. In case of detecting any anomaly or defects imputable to the production

process, it will proceed to process the corresponding documentation to the Insurance company.

GENERAL CONDITIONSAll the prices of our tariff are recommended for SALE TO THE PUBLIC. All the taxes, wills or obligations that could affect to the sales, are not included in these

prices.

The prices are for meters (pipes) or for units (fittings and tools).

PACKAGINGS. The standard packings , with those that ISOLTUBEX ESPAÑA, S.L., send their products, they are included in the sale prices. If the client requests

a special or different packing (if it was possible), this will be to his charge.

The packing units that appear in the tariff of sale prices to the public, correspond to units per bag or small box (the first figure) and units per box (the second figure).

The orders that you trust us they will adapt to the indicated packing models. The packing units can be modified as consequence of the production processes.

ISOLTUBEX ESPAÑA, S.L. reserves the right of carrying out technical modifications motivated by the product improvement or its production.

DELIVERY OF THE ORDERS. It is considered to all the effects, as delivery date of the merchandise, the receipt date by the transport agency.

All the sendings always travel at own responsibility and risk of the buyer, still when ISOLTUBEX ESPAÑA, S.L., had negotiated the shipment of the goods. It

won’t be admitted any claim after 48 hours from the shipment date.

ISOLTUBEX ESPAÑA, S.L. have concerted the shipment of their products by certain transport agencies, being sent by FREIGHT PREPAID when their net value

prior IVA is superior to 500€ in fittings, 2000€ fittings + pipe( the value of the fittings must always represent a minimum of 500€euros/net), 2500€ only pipes,

only underfloor heating board, 2500€ in underfloor heating board , pipe and underfloor heating components ( as long as the components represent at least

1000€/net) for shipments for peninsular Spain. To consult for shipments to Canarias, Portugal, Balearic Islands and other destinations.

If the client wants that the shipment of his orders is made by a different transport agency or the value of his orders doesn’t reach the indicated figure , these will

travel to FREIGHT COLLECT or FREIGHT PREPAID, being rebounded its amount in the corresponding invoice.

PAYMENT TERMS. The payment of the invoices in charge of our clients, will be the terms agreed by among parts and confirmed in writing. In the case of delay

in the execution of the established pact, the client will admit a charge, not only for the expenses caused , but also the legal interest of the money, from the date

in that should have made the payment, until the indeed date he carries out it.

PRODUCT DEVOLUTION. They will only be accepted those that previously ISOLTUBEX ESPAÑA, S.L. through fax or e- mail admits. It is indispensable that the

returned product is under perfect conditions for its later sale, conserve the original packing and be products included in the valid tariff.

All the shipping expenses of these devolutions will be carried out at own responsibility and risk of the client.

To the devolution value it will be discounted a 15% in inspection concept and revision.

DOMAIN RESERVATION. The supplies of our products are carried out under the expressed pact of domain reservation in favour of ISOLTUBEX ESPAÑA S.L., until

the client has not made effective the total payment of the amount of the corresponding invoice.

JURISDICTION. The parts are submitted to the courts of VALENCIA, with expressed renouncement of any other one.
