STEPS: The activity begins with 3 short videos about how the animals work together to be alive. 1. Penguins, ants and crabs (1’22’’) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qvF3jfSWq8A In groups of 4 people and with the teacher as a guide they must answer these questions: They have to identify the 2 roles (victims - oppressors) of each video. They have to describe the point of view of the oppressors They have to describe the reaction of the victims and how they resolve the attack. What would have happened if the victims had not worked together? A volunteer from each group will write the answers. 2. THE VOCAL PEOPLE (3’17’’) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mEDpfJ1PApI As I'm a music teacher, in this session I want to show to my learners what they can do if they work together. In order to play in an ensemble they have to work with others mates and they need to be coordinated in order to the music sounds really amazing. In groups of 4 people and with the teacher as a guide they must answer these questions:

CLOSING ACTIVITY

COLLABORATIVE HOOPS (Variation of collaborative chairs)

On the floor will be as many hoops as children, they have to dance

around the hoops when the music plays, but when the music stops no one must be out of the hoops. Each time a hoop will be removed from

the game, they must learn to work together so nobody will be eliminated.

8. ASSESSMENT:

The teacher has to pay attention to evaluate if the learners show a

good behaviour to work with other classmates. Do children help to their classmates in the game? Are there any discussions during the

session? Do they resolve their discussions? It is really important infuse in our learners good habits.
