Humble Beginnings

The 3-Minute Miraclewas birthed out of a heartfelt prayer of

appreciation on Thanksgiving Day, 2007. As I recalled all the times God

showered me with favor and grace in my darkest hours, my heart

overflowed with such profound gratitude that I could think of little else.

I became impassioned to find ways to express the depths of my

appreciation and gratitude. In an effort to summon wise guidance, I

prayed for Divine Assistance.

And then it happened! Just minutes later, I found myself writing

what later turned out to be The Miraculous Healing Prayera simple

prayer with pictures designed to invite miraculous healing for others. I

can assure you that no one was more surprised than I was.

As I colored in the diagrams of the human anatomy with my

yellow highlighter and filled in the blanks with the names of friends and

family who had asked for my support, I was amazed to later discover

that many of them (including their caregivers) had experienced spon-

taneous healings and accelerated recoveriesoften when there was

nothing more than a dim chance and a bright hope!

Then a few days later, as a result of a friend asking me to help

him find ways to reclaim his OWN health, the Spirit Within inspired me

to write The Health Redemption Prayer an empowering fill-in-the-

blanks prayer designed to invite healing for ones self. My friend said he

felt noticeably better within just minutes of experimenting with it. And

not long after that, The Global Healing Prayer was born to complete this

trilogy of healing prayers with pictures.

These divinely inspired prayers have proven to work well regard-

less of ones spiritual or religious orientationeven for those who have

never prayed before. What makes them even more powerful is the

element of synergy that occurs when two or more people come together

The Power of PrayerPrayer Moves God into Action!

Prayer is its own special miracleand you don't even have to be

a believer to pray. In fact, studies suggest that non-believers pray

Since what I believe affects what I experience, I choose to believe that miraculous

healings are possible. My unshakable belief that I can be healed (even in the

I am so grateful to you for giving us abundant natural resources that continue

to sustain our lives. I marvel in utter amazement at the complexity and

excellence of all that you provide.

Every element of Mother Earth is divinely designed and is a true expression of

perfection. Her ecology system is exquisite in every detail. The unique role we

each play in supporting one another is nothing short of ingenious.

Because she has given so much to me, I am eager to support Mother Earth

from now on by pledging to be of greater support to All Life Everywhere. Each

day, wherever I am, I will ask myself the following question:

What can I do to leave wherever I go

in better condition than I found it?

To do my part to make this world a better place, I shall find creative ways to

1. I herebypromise to minimize waste by using reusable bags. From now

on, I will either bring a bag or buy a bag whenever I go shopping. I

shall also limit my use of disposable plates, cups and utensils, etc.

2. I herebypromise to mindfully recycle all paper, metal, plastic and

glass as my way of helping to conserve resources and preserve our

precious landfills.

3. I herebypromise to turn out all lights and turn off all appliances when-

ever I am not using them.

I shall begin by doing the three things listed above on a daily basis. And I will

About the Author

Because I was a 24/7 caregiver for my husband

Ron from 1991-1994 when he had Stage IV cancer

and again in 2002 when (as a pedestrian) he was

hit by a truckand yet again in 2003 when he had a

major stroke, I spent every waking moment searching

for ways to help him regain his wellness.

I am thrilled to report that Ron Aldana is not

only alive today, but hes one of the happiest and most grateful people on

the planet! After overcoming a virulent cancer against all odds, I nick-

named him Long Shot. After escaping the jaws of death two additional

times, I was then inspired to call him Miracle Man.

Although these near-death episodes certainly felt challenging at

the time, they turned out to be enormous giftsnot only for Ron and me,

but for people all over the world who are actively seeking relief from the

oppression of disease, distress and despair.

Because of (not in spite of) our so-called challenges, I became

unstoppable in my quest for the solutions that led to Rons recovery. After

struggling endlessly (believing I had to do everything myself), I finally

threw my hands up in the air and exclaimed right out loud to God, Either

show me a way to experience more JOY in my life or just come take me

NOW! In other words

Either SHOW me a way or HAUL me away!

This is when I discovered I had an entire celestial workforce of

unemployed heavenly helpers who were eager to be of service. Once I got

out of my own way long enough, the floodgates of awareness flew wide

open with so many positive possibilities, I could hardly keep up with

them. Miraculous manifestations were flowing in so fast that it was like

trying to get a drink of water from a fire hydrant!

As a grateful recipient of Gods favor and grace, I am now privileged
