Page 3.The third page of your bill is a summary of how your total charges have been calculated.

Page 4 onwards.The final section of your bill shows your usage in greater details.

Monthly chargesThis shows the monthly charge for your particular price plan for the next month.Administration Charge – If you do not pay your bill by Direct Debit, our payment method administrationcharge will appear below the itemised billing details. The monthly payment method administration chargeis €4.50 (inc. VAT, equal to €3.719 ex. VAT).

Usage SummaryThis part of the bill summary shows your usage under three main headings. Price plan usage, Other usage(free allowance and add-ons) and Out of allowance. If you haven’t used a service during this particular billperiod, it won’t show up on your bill. Amount used - if your usage for a particular service is within yourallowance, there will be a zero charge beside it.

Inclusive allowanceThis column confirms your full monthly allowance for the next month, in line with the price plan you haveselected. Note: To find out your remaining price plan allowance – go to My 3.

Itemised usageThis section divides your usage into the following categories:

Voice calls Video call Premium rate calls Messages Content services

Itemised detailsTo give you as much information as possible, each service has been split into the following:

The date and time you used the serviceThe number called (where applicable)How long the call lasted (where applicable)The cost of the call (where applicable)Destination (where applicable)Price plan allowance (where applicable)

AllowancesThis column shows whether your usage was included or excluded from your monthly allowance.

Sub-totalEach category has a sub-total shown in bold text at the foot of each column. This relates to the summarycharges shown on page 2 of the bill under ‘Usage summary’.

Your 3 billThis section shows the price plan you are on, the sum charged before VAT and then the total amount thatyou need to pay including VAT. It also shows your previous account balance and your total payments sinceyour last bill.

PaymentThis is where we tell you when your bill payment is due. If you are paying by Direct Debit, this section willconfirm when your payment will automatically be taken from your account.

Messages from 3Here’s where we’ll tell you about any important information, special offers or updates.

How to payIf you are not paying by Direct Debit, you’ll see a bank giro credit slip here, which you can fill in and send tous with your cheque if you want to pay by post. If you choose to pay by Direct Debit, we may have beenunable to set up your payment method in time for your first bill. If this is the case, a bank giro credit slip willstill appear on the front of your bill. Please pay the bill by whatever means is most convenient. Thealternatives are shown on the back of your bill.
