    complement your current marketing

    efforts through a partnership with

    Groove Entertainment Technologies

    as well as other businesses in the

    community. Simply make available one

    or more products from your business

    free to the consumer and let Groove do

    the rest.

    This program has a three-fold purpose:

    1) Create greater customer loyalty from

    your existing customers; 2) Generate

    new customers for your business; and

    3) Allow your business to benet from a

    collaborative marketing effort that pays

    when your customers choose Groove

    for their home or business television,

    telephone, internet, or security service.

    How does this work? When you become

    a Groove customer with DIRECTV

    television service in your business,

    Groove will pay for a marketing

    campaign specic to your customers

    and your business. The campaign is

    based on a free product or service

    that can be represented as Free for

    Six Months. This typically includes

    one item at no cost to the consumer

    each month for six months (Six items

    in all.) Groove will use this message to

    drive not only new customers to your

    business, but loyalty from your existing

    customers as they return often with

    their friends.

    This marketing initiative has a proven

    track record of success. Over the

    years, Groove has modeled and rened

    these principles to help businesses

    benet from the power of partnership.

    With little to no risk on the part of the

    business, it is a great way to explore

    the possibilities. At the same time, we

    have found that the more compelling the

    offer, the better the results.

    new television, telephone, internet or

    security service through Groove, we pay

    you. Not to mention that your customer

    will benet from valuable savings from

    our providers such as DIRECTV, Dish

    Pinnacle, etc. Your customer saves

    money and you get paid for making it

    possible. That is just more dollars to

    spend back in your business.

    To make this possible we will display

    marketing materials in your business

    highlighting the details of this campaign.

    This messaging is designed to

    complement your marketing efforts, so

    as not to distract from your business

    objectives. Options include point-of-

    purchase displays, TV signage and

    window clings.

    Each campaign is tracked using one

    or more of three unique identiers

    including a phone number, website and/

    or qr code. These unique identiers will

    be tagged to the marketing materials

    in your business so that we can tie any

    buying behavior back to your business.

    More importantly, you will have access

    to our web portal that provides reporting

    on such things as phone calls, web

    visits, sales, activations, coupon

    redemption and more. You will know

    on a real-time basis how well this

    campaign is working for you right down

    to the effectiveness of your offer. If your

    business is able to track coupons, wewill measure how often these coupons

    were redeemed, and how much the

    customer spent each time.

    At a minimum, our marketing efforts

    will increase the exposure to your

    business and allow you to benet from

    our collaborative marketing effort. Your

    customer base will expand as a result of

    this campaign.

    New Revenue StreamWhen customers respond to the

    Groove oriented marketing within

    your establishment, Groove will pay

    your business each time a customer

    activates with new service from one

    of our providers. Because you can

    receive up to $100 for each customer,

    many businesses choose to use this to

    enhance the promotional offer, or offset

    the costs of the free item such that the

    entire marketing campaign is truly free.

    Others choose to treat this as a prot

    center making it an additional revenue

    stream for the company. Either way, we

    pay you for new Groove customers that

    come through your business.

    Professional Sales

    As a marketing partner, you can

    count on Groove to take care of the

    sales effort in a professional manner.

    As such, no product knowledge is

    required on your part. The Groove

    Sales Representative will provide all

    information relating to the promotion

    and offers from our service providers,

    so simply refer your customers to the

    number on the brochure and we will

    take care of the rest.

    Account Management

    Groove will provide a Marketing Co-op

    Account Manager to assist with the

    set-up and execution of this marketing

    campaign. The Marketing Manager will

    be able to answer your questions and

    assist in the set up and on-going needs

    of your campaign.

    Marketing Materials

    Groove has a portfolio of marketing

    materials that are customized with

    your unique offer and business need.

    Groove will cover the cost of design

    and production for all businesses that

    sign up with DIRECTV services through

    Groove A detailed explanation of each

    marketing piece is found on page 10.

    Web Portal

    There are two key areas of the web

    portalone for you as the business to

    track all activity related to the campaign,

    and one for your customers to access

    the promotional offer. An outline of the

    web portal and its features is found on

    page 12.

    Advertising

    As a Groove partner, your business

    name and logo will be seen on our

    corporate website as well as used in

    other Groove promotional programs.

    Just as you will advertise and promote

    Groove, we will advertise and promote

    your business.

    Compensation

    Groove will provide an Afliate

    Commission Agreement outlining the

    details of the commissions including

    amounts, payroll dates, etc.
