development of their emplo%ees $% providing them an unconventional wor4environment.heir Staff are provided private rest areas* the common rest areas providea ver% casual environment* and the% do not practice the standard methodsof holding meetings in conventional $oard rooms. lmost all wor4 areas areprovided with note pads and mar4ers with the simple concept that a newidea ma% occur to an% wor4er at an% time which he or she has thepossi$ilit% of 0otting down immediatel%. he overall wor4 environment alsoencourages and enhances the learning a$ilities of their staff* and Google9s
success during the last decade is a testimon% to their successful ideolog%.
