SPACE ASSIGNMENTSSpace will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. Contractsfor Exhibit Space and Sponsorships or Partnership Packages must beaccompanied by 50% non-refundable deposit. Full payment is due byDecember 21, 2015. Contracts submitted without payment will not beprocessed and space will not be held.

CANCELLATION POLICYExhibitors shall give written notice of cancellation. If written notice isreceived by December 21, 2015 (60 days prior), total contract amountless a 50% cancellation fee will be refunded to the Exhibitor. Norefunds will be allowed for any cancellation after December 21, 2015.
