Setup Instructions for 3CX for iPhone

Step 1: Download and install 3CX for iPhone from the App Store

Step 2: When you open the app for the first time, you will be prompted to set up a new SIP account. Select CREATE PROFILE

Step 3: You will be presented with a screen to enter the details of your account.

Step 4: In the Account section, for Name, enter Quantum VIP For Display Name, indicate how you would like your caller ID to appear. In this case we have used our test phone number (441) 405-4700.

Step 5: The Credentials Section In the User field, use the 10 digit SIP account number you have been assigned. ID field should be left blank. In the Password field, use the password you have been assigned

Step 6: In the Server Settings section, under local PBX IP, enter vip.quantum.bm (all lower case) Everything else in the Server Settings section should be left as is. then click Done

Step 7: You will be taken back to the main screen and you will see you are logged in to the Quantum VIP service

Step 8: You are now ready to make and receive Bermuda calls on your Quantum VIP service
