Founded as a Trout Farm and Smoke House in 1978, we have re-vamped our fresh fish and shellfish
business. The autumn and Winter of 2010/11 was spent re-establishing old relationships with
suppliers and finding new suppliers so we are able to offer you, our customers, a larger variety of
sustainable fresh fish and shell fish at competitive prices.
