A team of AT&T volunteers also spent today helping build a 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom house located on Badger Street in Green Bay for a single mother with four children. Home construction has begun and the home dedication ceremony is scheduled for June 11, 2015. “Greater Green Bay Habitat for Humanity is grateful to AT&T for their generosity and for supporting the mission of Habitat,” said Cora Haltaufderheid, Executive Director of Greater Green Bay Habitat for Humanity. “Their contributions and volunteer hours provide a lasting impact on our community and the lives of those who need our help.” The mission of the Greater Green Bay Habitat for Humanity is to bring people together to build homes, communities and hope to achieve its vision of a world where everyone has a decent place to live. “We are very proud to support the Greater Green Bay Habitat for Humanity both financially and with employee volunteer hours,” said Scott T. VanderSanden, president of AT&T Wisconsin. “We are excited to do our part to strengthen the community and help enhance people’s lives.” The AT&T Wisconsin Innovation & Investment Award program provides funding to organizations and programs that improve the community by advancing education, enhancing the environment, promoting economic development, or delivering other community services “The Greater Green Bay Habitat for Humanity is a wonderful organization that is helping those in need have a warm, safe and secure place they can call home,” said State Rep.
