1.Preface

Why is there always rubbish on the road?(1)Most of people are casual about throwing the rubbish just for their convenience.We made a field survey and and found the drivers and passengers accounting for throwing the garbage out of window.

(2)There are a lot of problems just people lacking public spirit,one of which is rubbish everywhere.

2.Lacking public spirit creats the environmental problems

(1)Air pollution──the plastic bottles and bags and other plastic products will release toxic gases when burning.(2)Water pollution──The toxic substances from the rubbish will pollute the rivers and underground water because of the rain lashing and permeating.

(3)Soil pollution──The toxic substances permeate through the dry soil and affect the growing of plants as well as the production of crops.

(4)Germ,bacteria and virus will grow and multiply──The organic substances from the garbage will gather mosquitoes,flies and mice,etc.And those harmful media spread diseases and damage human health.

3.The problems of surroundings

The crises of rubbish:1.If we don’t handle the garbage appropriately,it tends to cause the mess and dirty environment,and the worse,it pollutes soil,air and water.And the last we human beings become the victims.

2.Most people will take the rubbish out when the garbage druck comes,but there are still some people just casually throwing away rubbish,and this is the reason why our environment becomes the home of viruses and germs,and following a lot of sanitary problems.

Our team went to the communities to practice the action of picking the rubbish.The local people approve and appreciate our action.We work hard in the hope that our action of exteming to the communities can encourage more people to build the good habits of no-touch-ground rubbish.

The suggetion to the lacking of pubic spirit

Don’t put the garbage in the front of the neighbor or the entrance of the stairs.Don’t put the garbage into the gutter or river lest the garbage should block the water.Don’t make noises lest it should or cats make dirty.If everybody with the public spirit and care about others,our socity will be cleaner,more peaceful and happier.

Conclusion

The vows of public spirit:Everyone keep public spirit,and community will be clean and sanitary.
