POLISHING SYSTEM TDS

487 UHD EXTREME “HOLOGRAM FREE” can be applied on all automotive paints and gelcoats (Yacht).It is a revolutionary polishing system for the re-moval of deep and medium-sized defects (P1200-1500) from painted surfaces and gelcoat. Can be applied using both rotary and orbital polishers.Excellent on old, fresh and antiscratch clear co-ats. Extraordinary for Ultra High Solid Clear Coat (soft).

ROTARY POLISHER: Apply with the FOAMED WOOL PAD or with the abrasive PURPLE or BROWN CUTTING FOAM PAD for the removal of P1500-2000 sanding marks and finish with WHITE or YELLOW foam pad to restore the original gloss without leaving opacity and holograms. For a perfect result in one single step, apply 487 UHD EXTREME with the abrasive PURPLE CUT-TING FOAM PAD or BROWN CUTTING FOAM PAD or YELLOW CUTTING FOAM PAD.

ORBITAL POLISHER: Apply the product with the Extra Cutting MICROFIBRE PAD or BROWN CUT-TING FOAM PAD for the removal of P1200-1500 sanding marks and finish with the Extra FINI-SHING MICROFIBRE PAD or YELLOW POLISHING FOAM PAD to restore the original gloss without leaving opacity and holograms.

POLISHING SYSTEM TDS

USEAbrasive gel for definitive removal of defects such as P1200-1500 sanding marks and scratches due to abrasive compounds. It leaves a super brilliant final result, without opa-city and holograms.

CLEAR ACTIONProduct designed and developed for a fast and clean use without addition of water. It allows you to see immediately the removal of the defect. Reduces working time. There’s no need to use polishes or waxes to mask the halos.

DEFINITIVE REMOVAL OF THE DEFECTThe product doesn’t hide imperfections, scratches and holo-grams with cosmetic oils, but it removes them permanently.

USAGECan be used on all automotive paints such as: traditional clear and ultra high solid LOW VOC, air drying clear coat, antiscratch clear coat and OEM auto products. Ideal as last step on plastics and polycarbonate parts.

FOR THE BEST RESULT WITH ROTARY POLISHERStep 1Apply 487UHD EXTREME with the FOAMED WOOL PAD, or with the abrasive foam pad PURPLE CUTTING FOAM PAD, at speed 1200-1800rpm., for a better cutting action.Step 2Apply 487UHD EXTREME with the WHITE FOAM PAD at medium speed 1200-1800 rpm approx., for a high final gloss without holograms, swirls and hazes.

FOR THE BEST RESULT WITH ORBITAL POLISHERStep 1Apply 487UHD EXTREME with the EXTRA CUTTING MICROFI-BRE PAD (P1200) or with the BROWN ABRASIVE FOAM PAD (P1500) for a fast cutting action. Step 2Apply the product using the POLISHING MICROFIBRE PAD or POLISHING YELLOW FOAM PAD to restore the maximum gloss without leaving halos, opacity and holograms.

NOTE 1Do not use excessive quantity of product. NOTE 2Do not add water while using the product.NOTE 31. Apply 487UHD EXTREME in small quantity on the surface to be treated. Polish small areas at a time.2. Polish the surface applying medium pressure until the scratches and imperfections have been removed.3. Reduce pressure to restore the best gloss.4. After polishing remove any residue with our ULTRAMICROFIBRE CLOTH.5. For a good protection apply 453 GLOSSY with PTFE.6. For a long protection (2 years aprox.) apply 463 PAINT SEALANT, which resists up to 150 hand washes, giving an hydrophobic action.
