Ensure you allow yourself time everyday to pause and
develop.

Consider your breathing. Breath in, hold it for ten seconds and breath out
slowly, then repeat.
Visualise Stop Worrying
For just five minutes push worries behind you.
Stop!Make time for yourself
Ensure you allow yourself time for you everyday.
Set aside at least five minutes for youself, time when you are not disturbed. This is your happy time.
BreathEmploy simple breathing techniques
Take two minutes and consider your breathing.
Breath in through your mouth, hold it for ten seconds and then breath out slowly through your nose. Repeat this for two minutes.
VisualiseSee yourself where you want to be
For one minute imagine where you want to be
Close your eyes and imagine your goals and what it will feel like when you get there.
Stop WorryingTake a break from your worries
Take a moment to pause your worries.
Allow yourself a minute to push your worries from your mind. Take time to clear your mind, imagine a place you have been happy, the beach or a forest for example.
