  • Jeff Carr Carr has more than a decade of professional experience in the Athlete Development field. He holds a Masters Degree in Exercise Physiology and multiple certifications in the field. He spent six years at the collegiate division-1 level, coaching athletes in 23 different sports at such schools as Arizona State University, University of Minnesota, and University of Idaho. Before transferring into the private sector, Carr spent one year as the head strength coach for the Frankfurt Galaxy NFL-Europe team. He has trained players from all 32 NFL teams, over 100 professional athletes, 50 Divison-1 All-Americans, and 1000s of collegiate and high school athletes.

    Mike Guadango

    Mike is currently working as a performance coach at DeFrancos Training Systems. He graduated college as a 2x American Baseball Coaches Association All-American, All-Time hits leader and holds many other records. He holds a B.S. in Exercise Physiology and studied under Buddy Morris and James Smith while at University of Pittsburgh. He has also studied at various physical therapy practices. He has coached levels from Pro-bowl to prepubescent athletes, where he takes great pride in developing his young athletes to assist them in reaching their full potential. He routinely donates his time to less fortunate athletes.
