Conveniently located across from Sikorsky Aircraft and Lord Chamberlain Nursing & Rehabilitation in Stratford, we are staffed with 12 full-time licensed Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapists.

With our new rehabilitation clinic and spacious, beautifully-equipped rehab gym, our therapists will provide you with personalized therapy according to a plan of care designed to meet your individual and therapeutic needs. Come in, take a tour and meet our staff!
