Take time to improve and save a lot of time!

Optimize the workplace or process with your own team with the help of a kaizen consultant:

• Participants work with their own workplaces or real company processes: describe, analyze, build, and improve under the guidance of a kaizen consultant.

• Kaizen consultant coaches participants - organizes and coordinates the work of the group, consults, checks implementation steps.

• The team will learn to improve by small simple everyday steps, which do not require a lot of time or effort.

The small-step work improvement approach was developed in the USA. After World War II American experts, to help with the rebuilding of Japanese industry, developed a management training program. Thus "Kaizen" was introduced to Japan.

The Kaizen is most commonly associated with manufacturing operations, as at Toyota, but has also been used in non-manufacturing environments.

• Kaizen is a Japanese term meaning "change for the better". Applied to business organizations, it implies continuing improvement involving everyone that does not cost much, if any money.

• The basic Kaizen concept is to identify and quickly remove all kinds of waste - reduce costs.

• One of the most notable features of Kaizen is that big results come from many small changes accumulated over time
