This collection of 15 stories is designed to help children with the first steps of theirjourney into the magical world of reading.

These books feature a cast of lovable characters in enchanting stories that will helpchildren identify and practise different vowel and consonant sounds in English words.

Phonics teaches children how to read skilfully by recognising the sounds that individualletters and different combinations of letters make. Children then learn to combinethose sounds to make words. This is the first step in learning how to read.
