Artisan Chocolates & Confections Learn how to create your own hand-made chocolate truffles, pralines and ganache. Chocolatier Phyllis Robinson has designed this class as a perfect introduction to crafting artisan chocolates at home. At the end of the class, you can take away your workbook and chocolates to enjoy at home. Class price includes an apron plus all the equipment and ingredients needed for your class. Chocolatier Phyllis Robinson of Tandem Chocolates brings her handcrafted chocolates to the mountains of Park City, Utah. She is a graduate of Ecole Chocolate, and

completed further study in chocolate theory, design, and presentation in Italy, Belgium and France.

Tandem Chocolates was inspired by Phyllis' late mother, Catherine McDonough, who operated a chocolate shop in the family home in Baltimore, Maryland. Tandem Chocolates are handcrafted in small batches using only the finest ingredients to produce exceptional truffles and caramels that delight all the senses.

Lisa Ash? Lisa is a fun-lovin’ yogini who’s journey began on the yoga mat as a child. As an adult she realized the therapeutic effects of the practice transcending the physical benefits. Lisa graduated from University of Utah but decided to pursue studies in Holistic Health and Wellness, Yoga and Tai Chi. She trained with Dr. David Druz and True Union in Hawaii. There, she studied Holistic Health and Wellness and Yoga Philosophy. She is passionate about helping students find balance and their true self.

Adult Dog Obedience Your choice of sessions. This class is perfect for dogs over 1 year of age. Your dog can learn all of the basic obedience behaviors, including sit, down, stay, leave it and walking nicely on leash. We also cover basic dog behaviors so that you can recognize when your dog is stressed. This a great class for rescued dogs who have had no obedience training. AKC Canine Good Citizens Established by the (AKC)

American Kennel Club to promote responsible dog ownership and to encourage the training of well-mannered dogs. Each dog/handler must attend 5 classes, with an evaluation during week 6. Dogs who pass the evaluation earn their Canine Good Citizen certificate. Dogs do not have to be AKC registered and do not have to be a pure breed. Puppies who have had all of their vaccinations and boosters can also participate. Many therapy dog organizations have adopted the CGC as the first part of the therapy dog evaluation, so if you are interested in training your dog to be a therapy dog, this class is the perfect way to get started! Computer Programming (Grades K-5) Zaniac Computer Programming is a unique opportunity to introduce kids to technology and prepare them for the future. Zaniac’s engaging instructors deliver a fun, guided curriculum that give children the skills and inspiration they need to program computers on their own. Students work together to develop their own games and videos, present their ideas and projects to each other and share their work with parents and friends online after class. Use Scratch, an educational programming language developed at MIT to learn programming skills like sequences, loops and iterative development that are real world techniques used by all computer programmers and play games and complete activities that kids enjoy. His first paying job was as a clown. After graduating from Art Center College of Design in 1983, Nathan worked for Hallmark Cards as an artist, art director and trainer, served as the President of the Kansas City Art Directors Club, and had his art displayed in the Society of Illustrators in NYC. Tiny Tot Swim Time Bring your little ones (up to age 4) to the “little pool” every Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 11:00 am to 2:00 pm. It’s a quiet time to enjoy the pool. Use the new fish-shaped slide! Children must have an adult with them at all times. Cost $4 per day.

Birthday parties at the pool Your party will be extra fun at our swimming pool. The weather is always good and the water is always warm. Enjoy our small pool (3-4 feet deep) and our large pool (5-13 feet deep) plus our low and high diving boards!

Everyone will have a blast swimming and playing in the water during our open swim time.

Park City Water Polo is a USA Water Polo sanctioned competitive club dedicated to teaching young athletes the fundamentals of water polo, and developing players' skills, fitness, and game sense toward advanced levels of play. Park City Swimming is a year round USA Swimming sanctioned swim club which provides professional coaching to youth swimmers. The PCS Coaching Staff is dedicated to providing a fun, positive and safe environment that enables swimmers of all abilities the opportunity to achieve their ultimate goals and dreams.

Our swimmers learn proper stroke technique for all of the competitive strokes, and receive instruction on proper training methods and many other life skills. We have several levels to help new swimmers acclimate into our team environment.

All interested new swimmers need to be at least age 7 and will need to attend a tryout before being able to join the team. Tryouts are usually held during the first full week of the month, so please see our website for a list of tryout dates. Membership registration for new PCS swimmers is $115 per swim and includes a team cap, fins and mesh equipment bag. Quarterly dues start at $180 per quarter.

After School Camps

We provide a safe and enriching learning environment and help children develop good character and skills for life. Each day includes academic, physical and enriching activities with positive and professional adult teachers. The program runs everyday that school is in session until 6:00pm. Adult High School

PCSD Adult Education helps you earn your high school diploma or prepare to take the GED exam.

Location: Park City High School

located at 1750 Kearns Blvd in the PCCAPS / Media Center. Park by

the stadium and enter through the doors on the west side of the school.

Cost: $40 per year.

Starts September 6 and continues

through the June - except on holidays and school breaks.

Days: Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday.

Times: open from 5:00 - 8:00 p.m.

Registration: Register on any evening of the program, in person at

the school.

Earn credit or prepare for the GED

test. We also have an on-line program so you can work at home,

after you have completed 12 hours at school.
