Hi, the "View as PDF" version do es no t display correctly. Your "Clearspace" script seems to beconcatenating all the bullet point together into a sin gle line making it fairly unreadable.

Also the regular printable version do esn 't properly spread the body of the docum ent across

multiple pages , I suspect the CSS/HTML isn't setup correctly to span m ultilple pages .

I understand what everrybody is saying about the PDF document. I am using windows 2000

and office 2000 and copy-paste was able to keep the formatting (including the bull et points).Whatever text-to-pdf program that cisco is using is highly flawed.

environment that you can buy the full version and s tudy/practise for the exams. if you have som eadditional $$, you might want to cons ider CBT nuggets or Chris Bryan Trainsignal. All these

options are cheaper than outside courses/bootcamps.
