Awesomeness at Intuit means different things to each of us. We wanted every employee to be able to
celebrate and express the reason they think Intuit is Awesome.
Hypothesis: An employee-driven campaign where they are ambassadors of #IntuitLife will help amplify our branding
efforts in a more real and positive way
Social media was the best platform to ensure the campaign would be widely shared. All we need to do was
leverage simple and smart technology that not only made sharing really easy but fun too!
Concept: AWESOME is more than a 7 letter word, because each letter reveals one of last year's 7 accomplishments
that led us to being ranked #7. But honestly, we (employees) put the ‘ME' in AWESOME. Which is why, we
wanted to hear what the #7LettersOfAwesome mean

To enhance the experience, the app’s dynamic dashboard was continuously populated with #7letterofawesome tweets shared by employees from all over Intuit India.

We placed tent cards all over the Intuit India office each having one of the7 seven letters of awesome.
Employees had to click their pictures with the 7 letters of awesome and post them on social media by tagging
Intuit India and #7lettersofawesome to win prizes.
