We don’t compromise.Neither should you.We design, build and test our alloy wheels to be the best choice for you and your Ford – withno compromise. With each new wheel created for a particular Ford model, every design istested against all body styles for quality, safety and – of course – great looks. We buildprototypes for a thoroughly static testing and durability resistance, and only then do we at theFord Proving Ground.

All-round testing.Every wheel design is tested and tested again to be sure its performance matches its look. Thedurability testing that takes around four months includes:

ZWARP Biaxial durability test – a laboratory machine test simulating 300,000 km of driving.The wheel is pre-damaged to represent extreme events such as driving over kerbs. Corningfatigue test – puts the wheel through its paces on corners and extreme rough roadmanoeuvres.

Speed and load testing – testing how the wheel performs at different speeds and withdifferent loads.

Approved by you – several wheels per design must pass every test, before any new alloywheel is approved. Then it’s ready for your approval, too.
