High level of excitement While reading the different knowledge facts the users expressed out loud surprise & delight All the users said they did not know any of the information before PROTOTYPE 5 Usertesting 18. PROTOTYPE 6 Usertesting The questions made testers uncomfortable, some felt there was a hidden agenda behind them The testers were not excited about the use of the QR code Testers suggested adding more dynamic elements and playfulness 26. Meeting with the Conservancy 33. FEEDBACK Concerns about use of signage Focus on nature and the design of the park and not intrusive. The solution should be something discreet but still informative. The Conservancys 35th anniversary Focus on telling the story of the Conservancy- the story of the decline and rebirth of the park. 34.
