A  solidificaLon  ,  heat  flow  simulaLon  and  method  design  system  adopted  and  will  be  review  during  development  of  casLngs.  It  ensures  to  get  defect  free  casLng  in  first  shot.    

QUALITY  -­‐Chemical  analysis  carried  out  by  OpLcal  Emission  Spectrometer  with  Fe,  Ni  and  Nitrogen  base      .  -­‐In-­‐house  Mechanical  properLes  inspecLons  are  carried  out  by    200  KN  Electronic  Model  UTM  &  Hardness  tester.  -­‐In-­‐house  Dimensional  inspecLon  department  is  equipped  with  all  the  necessary  equipment.  CasLngs  and  paWerns  are  measured  by  a  Height  Gauge  on  Surface  Plate.  -­‐In  house  facility  of  Non  destrucLve  test  like,  Die  Penetrant  test,  MagneLc  ParLcle  InspecLon  and    Ultra  Sonic  TesLng.
