CBU can provide bespoke Safety Management Systems (SMS) suited to your business and industry. We are able to assist vessel operators assess or review their Safety Management Systems against key performance indicators (KPI’s) and pro-vide best practice guidance in order to achieve ISM DOC compliance. CBU can also help those operators whose vessels are outside the ISM Code (Non-SOLAS) to measure and improve their operations

CBU SUPPORT SERVICE MANAGEMENT PLANExECUTIvE SUMMARY

The Support Services Management Plan (SSMP) describes the services provided by the CBU Optimal Services (CBU) team and is an imperative element of a ship’s routine operations, and also forms an integral component of a ship’s maintenance mechanism.The SSMP includes plans and reports, as required, to efficiently manage ship maintenance and operations and assists ship owners and operators to maintain their vessels and keep them in a seaworthy condition with maximum efficiency, maximum availability and minimum maintenance costs, by executing a maintenance program and repairs in accordance with international maritime standards

Preventative

CBU provides ship owners and ship operators with a planned maintenance booklet and schedule (ves-sel specific) for preventive maintenance carried out by CBU experienced technical team in accordance with the Ship’s Equipment List (SEL) and schedule of work.
