We booked the Kefalonia and chose

Nefis VIP tours because of the small

group size. We had Jacki as our guide

that day and she was brilliant. She is so

knowledgable, it was amazing, even when

we had a small hiccup of a puncture on

route to the ferry, she made a quick phone

call and organised another bus to take us

and we had the ferry in plenty of time. And

keeping away from the big tours was a

definitely an added bonus. We were taken

to lovely traditional parts of the island and

Jacki definitely makes the tour.

Nefis and it was a lovely trip. Jo, our guide

was a mine of information and nothing

was too much trouble. We avoided all the

other coaches as we went the opposite way

around the island, so no queuing at all. The

minibus was air conditioned and really com-

fortable, the smaller groups they take are so

much more enjoyable than large coaches

where you spend half your time getting on

and off and waiting for stragglers! We will

probably be back next year and will definitely

book with them again.

This year we decided to go on the VIP trip over to

Kefalonia. Jackie the owner of Nefis Travel was our

guide, and throughout the whole trip she was inform-

ative and cheerful, and it is very clear to everyone

that she is passionate about the service her compa-

ny delivers. Great trip, loads of amusing yet informa-

tive facts and anecdotes and the whole trip ran like

clockwork. By booking with Nefis Travel on the VIP

trips you get the added benefit of visiting places that

the 50 or 70 + seater coaches can’t, and obviously

you can get to the points of interest much quicker.

We initially used this company via the recommenda-

tions on Tripadvisor, and we are glad that we did. If

you are looking for a quality tour company and real

value for money then please do give Nefis Travel a

try. Keep up the good work Jackie, and again thank

you for making our trip a memorable one.
