1.INTRODUCTION

CURL MULTI TOP:

Imagine a device which can be your laptop, ipad or LED TV. Right now we have three

things but imagining a gadget consisting of all the three features of laptop, ipad, tablet

& LED. Curl multi top is a multipurpose portable gadget.

Laptops keep getting thinner and lighter, but some concept laptops take portable to a new

level. Curl multi top consists of an OLED display that can start as a rolled-up mat and

deploy as a multi-touch 17-inch laptop. This laptop can also transform into a tablet PCoperable with a stylus, or become a standup flat screen display. A power adapter and

other features fit with the carrying canister that comes with a convenient holding strap.

It has a 17 inch flat screen which can be used as monitor due to the support attached at

the back of the screen.

The device of the flexible display allows a new concept in notebook design growing out

of the traditional "book formed" laptop into unfurling and convolving portable computer.

Curl multi top incorporates both latest high-tech devices and a new brand design

techniques into a computer that will increase the quality and productivity of the work.

On top of everything else no laptop bag needed - all computer utilities from an interactive

pen through power supply to the holding belt are integrated in curl multi top. This is

really an all-in-one gadget.

2.FEATURES OF CURLEL MULTITOP

Curlelmultitop is a portable computer concept for those who would like to have a multi purpose

gadget, which by virtue of the OLED-Display technology and a multi touch screen which is the

utility of a laptop computer has weight of a mini-notebook and screen size of 13 inch easily

transformable into the graphics tablet, which with its 17-inch flat screen can be also used as a

primary monitor due to the support attached to the back of the screen.

LAPTOP SCREEN

A 13-inch screen is the average size for a laptop which has 300-hit brightness, 97% morepixels than HD.

It turns 17 inch to be used as a flat screen monitor having functionality like a television or a

tablet.

It has a touch screen facility.

Additionally, the 160-degree viewing angle means your display looks clear and crisp from

almost any seat.

It has HD resolution (1366 x 768)

OLED DISPLAY TECHNOLOGY

AnOLED(organic light-emitting diode) is alight-emitting diode(LED) in which the

emissiveelectroluminescentlayer is a film oforganic compoundwhich emits light in response

to an electric current. This layer oforganic semiconductoris situated between two electrodes.

Generally, at least one of these electrodes is transparent. OLEDs are used to createdigital

displaysin devices such astelevisionscreens,computer monitors, portable systems such

asmobile phones,handheld games consolesandPDAs.

Curlmultitop uses Intel processor of 4thgeneration Intel Core i7 Processor (4M Cache, up to

3.0 GHs)

Its processor clock speed is 3.0 GHz.

It is similar to a quad-core processor.

MEMORY (RAM)

Ram (random access memory) is your laptop's short-term memory, storing information while

you're using the gadget.

4.LIMITATIONS

As it is the multi-tasking system it is very obvious, that it consumes more battery power

as well and so charging battery on a very short duration may it results too.

It can also be seen that such highly featured multi-tasking system is very expensive and

may not consume high market share.

It is possible that in such a device only one feature can be used at one point of time.

Also, it does not have a CD/DVD reader or Floppy disk or because they are obsolete.

Here, when we consider it screen size range different sizes of range are not available in

it.
