The letter must state that you are aware that A Nite At The Races, LLC® is providing its “races” to your organization on a rental basis. Further, you must also agree to place the “races” back into transit to the office of A Nite At The Races, LLC® on the next business day following your scheduled use, at your expense, via United Parcel Service or Federal Express, insured for $800.00 against loss.
