look after your parents ,grandparents

elders and even younger brother and

sister.

Develop a hobby.

Be proud to be a part of APSDC.

NOTE: Please ensure that the work done by you is

neat and legible. Entire home work will be done in

a separate thin single line note book.

Visit your local zoo and list the animals. Take their

pictures and ask your elder about them.

Go to your nearest park and collect different types

of leaves from plants and paste in your scrapbook.

Name them.

Name any outdoor game and its picture. Also write

five lines about the game and write your favorite

player’s name.

Maths holidays H. W 1. Make your own creative grid of number 1-100 on the cardboard and laminate it. 2. Write number and number names from 300-500 on a small separate notebook. 3. Learn the counting and number names. 4. Make dominos from 0-9 and laminate the same. 5. Make your own calendar in a creative manner.

Activity 1 My tiny tree 1. Take a sheet of paper. 2. Roll the paper to make a pipe. 3. Use glue or tape to stick it. 4. Make 7 – 8 cuts using scissors on any one side of

the paper pipe. 5.Fold the cut ends towards outside. Your tree is

ready! Colour it.

Please buy a scrap book and label all pictures.

1. In a scrap book stick five pictures each of :-

(a) Animals that live on land and water .

(b) Birds.

(c) People who help us.

(d) Things you see in the bedroom ,kitchen ,

and any shop.

2. Visit famous monuments of Delhi. Click your photo and stick in your scrap book (you can even click pictures of famous monuments of the place you are visiting in your holidays. 3. Visit a market place, bank, post office and click your photo and stick it in the scrap book. 4. Click and stick a picture of yourself playing in the park (Write the names of things you can see in the photographs). 5. Practice a page of handwriting everyday. 6. Practice phonic sounds everyday. 7. Read story books : -

(a) Lady Birds (Level I and II).

(b) Usborne Series (Level I and II).

9. Make the book mark(C O P S ) and please laminate it. 10. Motor Skill Activities.(do these activities daily)

(a) Buy a colouring book and

colour a page everyday.

(b) Learn to lace your shoes.

(c) Play dice games.

(d) Buy clay dough and make

letters with it.

(e) Practice forming words with

your own body.

(f) Take handful of mixed dals

and sort them out in

different bowl.

(g) Take two bowsl. Fill one

bowl with water, with a

spoon, transfer it in the

other bowl.
