DESCRIPTION
In the past I gave a lot of talks about the future of mobile payments. I decided to change that tune and provide a view as to why it still hasn't gone mainstream in western Europe and North America. Filled with imagery to aid telling the history of mobile payments, with barely any text, this builds up to a recent market even that likely breaks the stale mate, 2014-09-09 Apple's announcement of Apple Pay. I got to give this talk at Smartex NFC Club, and The Payments Knowledge Forum, both in September 2014.TRANSCRIPT
