For the last 16 years The Committee for Hispanic Children and Families, Inc. (CHCF), has held its major fundraising event, A Slice of Latin America, featuring New York’s most talented chefs for an evening celebrating Latin food and music. CHCF’s gala has gained a reputation as the networking event of the year. People from various industries including architecture, real estate, health and beauty, higher education, media and marketing, among others have been honored and attend this evening which features a short award ceremony, a live and silent auction, and simply meet and network with old friends and new.
