SpecificationS
Step 1-Press the device push pad to the desired setting. (this can be fully depressed or less than fully depressed).
Step 2- While depressing the push pad, apply power. (i.e. presenting the credential to the reader).
Step 3- Continue to keep pad depressed, the device will beep 6 times. After the beeps have stopped, release the pad and now the adjustment is complete. If not to your liking repeat the three steps. That’s all there is to it.

Push pad is depressed. Device is re-adjustingOver-travel or mechanical obstruction
> 28V unit will shut down. Check voltage & adjust to 24 V.
< 22V unit will shut down. Check voltage & adjust to 24 V.
Device will automatically re-engage within 5 seconds.
Check to make sure the push pad is not stuck or catching on anything.
trouBleShooting & DiagnoSticS
4 Beeps Failed SensorVerify all 3 sensor wires are installed correctly. Replace sensor if problem persists by contacting office.
• Input Voltage: 24VDC +/- 10%• Average Latch Retraction Current: 1.3 Amp• Average Holding Current: 170 mA• Wire gauge: Minimum 20 gauge
If mechanical obstruction, remove & push pad down until beeping stops to reset. If no obstruction, the pad may have been pushed in too far during PTS calibration. Recalibrate with the pad slightly out. If problem persists, verify the magnet is within 1/4” of the sensor at the end of travel.
**Important Info**Make sure to set PTS before finishing installation!

• Slide the push pad back until it clears the front activating bracket.
• Slide forward to remove push pad.
• Remove the dogging assembly and slide off the push pad. *Recommended but not required
• Cover the 2 pins with super lube provided to top, bottom and end of 2 points on attaching bracket.

Twist
• Place attaching bracket into the back of the housing at an angle with magnet side the furthest back. Twist to straighten so the two-greased points fit into the existing baserail groves.

• Drop the front arms onto the back activating bracket.
• Make sure scissor brackets are at an angle so the motor mount can easily fit into the baserail.
• Extend ball screw all the way.
Note: Be careful loosening screws as scissors will fall off.

• Place the back of the motor first. Feeding the connector thru the back end cap.

• Slide motor all the way to the back of the device.
• Visually confirm the hooks will clear the bottom the devices activating bracket ( the gold strip).
• Push down on activating bracket (1) then push down on motor mount hooks (2) to snap into place.

• Confirm motor has seated properly but see if the bottom bracket is sitting flush on the baserail.

• Firmly hand tighten all 4 screws to secure motor mount. Starting with the back 2 first.
• Tighten 2 screws on attaching hook to prevent device from sliding off of back attaching bracket.
• With Allen wrench provided, Push tab back until screws line up.

• To set the motor assembly in the proper location. Depress the activating brackets all the way down. Confirm nothing is preventing them from fully depressing. Where the assembly stops is the spot, hold the motor here.

• Depress push pad & set PTS adjustment.
• Re-install push pad by inserting into the back activating bracket first.
• After clearing the front activating bracket up slide forward securing the pad to the front activating bracket.
