October, though the month of festivity and leisure, was an eventful and energetic month on the

student’s front. The colors of Diwali, Festivity of Dussehra and melodies of celebrations kept the Campus

on high notes of positivity. Fresh edition of IMPact presents you the glimpses cascaded in pages ahead.

University Results: BCA 2nd Year

Students of 2nd Year BCA displayed colorful results in BCA 2nd University Exam-2019. With 100% first

Class & 90% Success Rate, the highest score touched the All time High so far. 8 students scored above

80%, 13 students scored between 70-79% & 5 students scored between 60-69%.

The High Grossers are:

Placement Cell Activities:

The Placement Toll 0f 2019 begun with T Manjula Reddy,BCA-III who bagged the offer from

CapGemini, a prestigious Multinational. Students are geared up for the upcoming Infosys, Wipro & TCS

drives. Best wishes to all the aspirants and achievers.

The 90 studnets of 1st year BBA and BCA were welcomed in a colorful and cheerful.Members of

Manmagement, Principal , Teachers and Senior Students welcomed the freshers with a fun filled and

entertaining Program. Simron & Gyanesh bagged Ms & Mr AVnandan Title with their astounding

talent. Cultural display, Drama, Mehfil Band stole the hearts of the audience.

ZoneCon Bounties: Leadership on a Roll

Esteemed Director Academics, VGI Sri V Srinivas Sir took oath as Zone President of Zone-IX,JCI India.

Senior Faculty & Administrator R S V Krishna took oath as Zone Vice President 2019. IMPact wishes the

best for the new journey of leadership. Students Tushar Pradhan Bagged awards for his Photography

Skills.

Activities & Seminars :

◼ Article-370: Students of VSBM participated in an Intellectual Seminar on National Integrity & awareness

of Article-370. Esteemed MP Sj S Pujari & Loving Chairman Sj D Murali Krishna ji were the speakers.

◼ Angels on Heels- The Hosteller Girls of UG Courses danced to their heart’s tune in a decorated event of

cultural extravaganza where 100s of students performed.

◼ Eco Friendly Pollution Free DIWALI was observed in Campus. Students enjoyed HOUSEFULL-4 Movie

in Theaters & Danced to the tunes of ORCHESTRA in the evening after offering Prayers.

◼ Seminar By Students: Students have presented Seminars on Different Topics guided by Teachers. 8

seminars by BCA and 2 Case Discussions by BBA department students through the month.

◼ GOPABANDHU JYOTI: Like every year GOPABANDHU JYOTI (in memory of Utkala Mani Gopabandhu)

was received by the students with all regards.

◼ Rashtriya Ekata Divas: The students of BBA,BCA,BALLB & BCom took pledge at academic block in a

unified way and pledged commitment towards National Unity & Internal Security.

Professor of VSBM, Sri R S V Krishna took oath as Zone Vice President of Zone-IX & has secured a leadership position in Team 2020. Team IMPAct congratulates for the new role leadership ladder. b. Rashtriya Ekta Divas: Pledge of UnityOn the Occasion of National Unity Day, in memory of Birth Anniversary of Sardar

Vallabh Bhai Patel, Students of VSBM Block took the pledge of Unity together in

the presence of Principal Dr K Pradhan & The faculty members. Oath was

administered by students Ms Geetika & Y S Krishna.

c. Gopabandhu Jyoti Welcomed with Regards:

Like Every Year GOPABANDHU JYOTI (SAMAJ RATHA) was welcomed by Students in decorum in the

presence of esteemed Sri D Nageswar Rao Sir and esteemed Dr S N Panda Sir and Teachers of VGI.

d. MANAGER’s Day Observed:

On 16th October Stusents of Business School celebrated Managers Day and Organized a

Competition. Esteemed Sirector Dr S N Panda & Principal Dr K Pradhan appreciated the winners

Master Harsh & Ms Priyanka.

e. Remembering Kalam:

Students Remembered Missile Man A P J Kalam Sir on his Birth Anniversary & shared stpries from

his childhood. Candles were lit symbolic to the enlightenment his life has blesses us with.

This Year Diwali was Crackerless & Ecofriendly yet Entertaining and Exciting.

Students enjoyed the HOUSEFULL-4 Movie in Theaters at Bargarh. In the

evening Offered Prayers to Mahalakshmi & Danced to the tune of ORCHESTRA

specially arranged for Diwali.
