In 2008 we Asked, and you Told Us, About ENCAMS……..

• ‘Back to basics’ approach welcomed

• Name/branding needs changing

• National campaigning and policy leadership

• Less jargon; better partnerships.

• Focus should be on behavioural change, especially through schools and communities

• Provide a tailored service to local authorities & sort out charging

… and About Cleaner Safer Greener Network

• Use and understanding of CSGN varies amongst members; the more you use it, the more you value it.• Some caution about ‘safe’ not being included.• Need more information/help to understand the structure of ENCAMS (who does what).• Lost the ‘personal touch’ with loss of regional structure. • Finances constrained; value for money is all important; specify the benefits.
