How to use MyKaplanOnce you have activated your account and logged into MyKaplan you will see a list of all your courses.
If you have any problems please visit the Help & Support link in the blue navigation bar. You can access FAQs and information on how to get help from our Student Services and Academic Support teams.
Click on the course title to access your course features and learning content.
Click on the ‘course content’ link in the blue navigation bar to see the table of contents for your course. The table of contents is organised to follow your course programme. Click on a content item in the main panel to view it.

Please make sure that you click on the ‘end assessment’ button at the end of your Knowledge Checks, Tests and Online Mocks on MyKaplan. Only by doing this will your result and progress be correctly recorded.
As well as your formal course content, Kaplan students have access to Kaplan VideoBank – a searchable repository of bite-sized videos covering both technical topics and study skills. Access VideoBank from the Course content link in your course. Browse and search our curated videos as and when you need to support your understanding of specific topics.
Once you have access to MyKaplan, keep your details up to date in ‘My Account’. Then we can fully support you during your studies. Check out the full instructions on how to update your details.
Our coaching system* is dedicated to keeping you on track and making sure you succeed.
• We will monitor how well you’re doing in your course, and use data to identify any key problem areas and step in when you need support.
• We’ll give targeted recommendations and suggestions on how to make the most of your study time.
• Acting as your personal mentor, your Coach will be your point of contact during your studies.
• We encourage that you turn to them and build a strong relationship.
You’ll get pastoral support from your Coach, which means receiving extra information and advice on study tips to help you complete your course on schedule and. generally have a more positive learning experience.

How to download the mobile app1. Search for ‘Brightspace Pulse’ in iTunes or Google Play apps stores

3. Open the app on your mobile device
4. Tap ‘Pick Your School’ and select ‘Kaplan UK’
5. Log in using your email address and MyKaplan password
Access to your MyKaplan course(s) is based on the optimal time to complete a course and sit the exam. Our research shows that there is an optimal period in which to complete your studies and final exam. Prolonging studies or delaying your final exam can significantly impact your chances of passing.
MyKaplan course expiry dates are set based on this research (with a little bit of extra time added just in case you need to resit). Details can be found in our core T&Cs.
