A.1 - LOCATION: Located in B-Wing Building, Davis Campus, Sheridan College. Existing rooms B227 and B227a on level 2.

A.2 - PROPOSAL: Existing office space to be renovated to suite new location for instrumentation lab.

A.3 - ASSESSMENT:

a) The work will be regulated by Part 11 of the OBC.

b) New layout of partitions and doors will comply with Part 3 of the OBC.

c) Existing B-wing is an A2 occupancy. Existing spaces of B-wing are used as labs, classrooms, faculty and administration offices and cafeteria.

a) The performance level of the building after material alterations is equal to the performance level prior to material alterations. There is no change

in major occupancy A2. The occupant load of the building is not increased. The live load is not increased.

b) The existing construction is non-combustible. New construction will be non combustible. Existing floor assemblies and supporting structure are
