MENTAL HEALTH AWARENESS FOR YOUTH AT KHIZRA MOSQUEAs part of mental health awareness week and part of the Ukim youth national project we held an assembly at Khizra Mosque and a presentation on mental health creating awareness on this important topic for our students. MARRIAGE SERVICES AT KHIZRA MOSQUE
Khizra Mosque is proud to have been awarded runner up award for the Excellent Education Award at the British Institutes, Mosques and Associations Awards (BIMA) 2018 held in Manchester at the MCB conference Our Mosques Our Future In Manchester. Alhamdulillah an excellent achievement for Khizra Mosque. Well done to all involved.

Feed the homeless project and help the needy monthly food drop to homeless shelter, last weekend of the month.
Monthly health awareness sessions and health check and advice sessionsAFAK hifz, Quran, Arabic and other Quran studies for women only from Monday to Thursday.
Breakfast, activities & health check session for the homeless and destitute every last Saturday of the month 9am-10.30am (community hall).

Alhamdulillah another student from Khizra Mosque Supplementary School has completed hifz of the Quran today. He had the opportunity to complete the Quran recitation today in front of our large congregation of students at the monthly assembly.Congratulations to Ibrahim, his family, mosque teachers and all others involved.

CAREERS FAIR AT KHIZRA MOSQUEWe held a careers fair on Saturday 6th October 2018 at Khizra Mosque with many attending to speak to our professionals and stall holders to gain careers advice and opportunities for recruitment of jobs for police and fire services. We would like to thank all of our stall holders for helping on this day and all those who attended. CHEETHAM FESTIVALThis year again Khizra Mosque again participated in the Cheetham festival with a coach tour visited Khizra Mosque and having a tour of the mosque and some refreshments. This was an excellent event with visits to numerous Locations in the North Manchester area.
